Attractive but not useful

I've never purchased a set of item cards before. However with all the item management my players have been getting into, I felt that a set for the unique items from Kingmaker would be extremely useful to help manage important items.

I was to be disappointed. Despite the claims on the box, these are generic item cards, and most do not map to any items mentioned in the campaign books so far. Most of the unique items from the first adventure are not to be found here - bar one. From my read through of the second adventure it is the same again.

Instead the pack is filled with generic magical and non-magical items that conflict with the descriptions of any such items found in the campaign. If I had wanted a deck of generic items, I would have bought one of the generic sets.

The art is very attractive, and the idea behind having the cards is great. Just a pity that this is a shameless money grab than a useful deck. Not worth the money.
