I also don't have the book yet, so I'm not sure about the spell slots, but I definitely know that there are no iterative attacks. The designers have based in on Spycraft and have said that the 'no iterative attacks' and 'no attacks of opportunity' features have continued on into this system. Cheers! :D
This game looks pretty cool. I wish Pathfinder did something like this instead of sticking a tiny bandaid on the gaping chest wound that is 3.5 :P Fantasy Craft addresses all the things that I've always thought needed sorting... mostly. Here are the biggies: - Vitality and Wounds (being wounded actually gives penalties!) - Defense bonus as you increase in level (why was it only BAB in D&D?) - Armour as DR (well, this is an odd part. IMHO armour should add to AC/Defense AND give DR) Cheers! :D

Any signs of this as of yet? If anyone has it can you give a bit of a review? No hardcover yet, but the reviews on DriveThruRPG are pretty useful for the game in general. http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product_reviews.php?products_id=63884I think the book has only been available at GenCon so far. Personally, I might wait for a second Printing so that some of the major errors are corrected. I'm a patient man and I'll be happy with the pdf until I get the book. Cheers! :D
It was my understanding part of this re-branding was to go after more than just Sci Fi fans. They wanted to change the name because it was off putting to non Sci Fi fans. I figure it is only a matter of time before they turn into another Spike TV channel. Surely they could start a "Non/anti-Sci-fi" channel instead? Cheers! :D
Being reminded how impotent and small my character is does not equal fun. I guess I'm a rare one to absolutely love Call of Cthulhu where you are meant to be small and impotent. Though in that game you have no control over wehn you go to the toilet/bathroom... A few in my group say they hate CoC because they cannot "win". Yes, they used the word "win". Cheers! :D

This topic is... interesting! o_O My favourite scar is on my right hand which is the result of severing a tendon in my thumb on a tuna fish can! The scar is massive (a zig-zag of about 10 cm) due to the operation which I was awake during: My hand was numbed, cut open and I could see the tendons inside my hand move as I was asked to move my fingers (a la Terminator)! 'Twas great!! My favourite scar on my wife is on her lower belly were our son came out via C-section. :) Cheers! :D

These are very good, I like the overall feel that they give and would love to use them in a game if I ran the AP. The only concern I have is with the first one: the music drowns out the voice in some places, and IMHO needs to be turned down a notch or two. (Most of my players are not native English speakers and get a little frustrated when something is not entirely clear.) Other than that, excellent work! More please! :) Cheers! :D
My friend Kyle Lang just came out with his first full-length album, "Counting Sheep." You can find it here, on DiskFaktory Jams. If you're a fan of Elliot Smith, Ellis Paul, or Bob Dylan, you're gonna like these songs. Not entirely my style, but something different to listen to. The first Pirates of the Caribbean movie was based on a theme park ride, and it managed to outshine Transformers 2 in every way possible.At least there is a rich amount of legend and lore centered around pirates in the early 18th century. Actually the Transformers came down to Earth millions of years BC, so they were around longer. Strangely less lore about them... Cheers! :D
The screenwriters showed that they are scared of maps. Petra Jordan CANNOT be seen from the Valley of the Kings. Nor is there a border crossing from Egypt. It's also 1000 miles round trip. If you go in a straight line. Unless JetFire teleported them, there was no way they could have gotten there and back in six hours. Its a thing that plagues films in general. 101 Dalmations: one shot they're in central London, next they're bounding over Hatfield Peveral. Those are some tired dogs PS. I'm not defending Transformers.

I've not seen the film, but I did see the first one. What I find hard to get my head around is the 'Shoggoth'/'inorganic protoplasm' -type nature of the Transformers in the film, ie. they can turn into anything they want, and if they get something blown off they can still turn into something else. That's kinda odd in my mind. The Decepticons could have just turned into a great big out of space cannon and blasted the planet from orbit, 'destroying' the Autobots and humans in the process... On that note, why didn't the machines in the Matrix just use nuclear power? It would have saved them a lot of bother... Cheers! :D
