Spoiler: Encounter 3B, the Halfling Rogue in Tier 10-11 has two Advanced Rogue Talents (Opportunist and Defensive Roll), an 11th level rogue should have only 1 advanced talent, correct? Opportunist is also basically useless to the encounter since he is encountered alone.
How about replacing opportunist with something useful to the encounter, such as cunning trigger (APG) or some other talent?
The description of Step up and Strike states that "Using this feat does not count toward the number of actions you can usually take each round."
Well, there have been well over 100 scenarios released, and when you add in all of the sanctioned adventures, there have been enough scenarios out there to get 3 or 4 characters easily to 12th level. Yet we've only had one retirement arc, and none announced on the schedule for the remainder of season 3. Hopefully we will see a second retirement arc in early season 4?
I guess I'm just surprised to see an Iconic in the big hero and monster set. Paizo already established a package of 4 iconics, I suppose I assumed that the other iconics would eventually be released the same way. I think it would make a great product line, working through all the base classe and prestige class portraits as hero figures.
So...is Ultimate Races going to be legal for Society play? please say no. I mean, as a judge, its bad enough having to keep up with all the new feats and classes and spells that have been released...but allowing players to come up with whatever that want regarding PC race just seems like the ultimate in powergaming.
Terrain Dominance allows the HW to treat enemies native to that terrain as favored enemies, using the terrain bonus as the favored enemy bonus, correct? So in effect, you need the environment the creature is native to from the bestiary? if you have Mountains +8, and run across a Troll, you get +8 to hit and damage, since they're native to Cold Mountians. My question is, what about creatures that have "Any" as the native environment? |
