If you are grappled can you attack adjacent creatures even if they aren't the ones grappling you? Also lets say you are grappled by a rope or net could you still attack adjacent creatures?

Heyo.

As the title says. I'm curious!

Any methods to do Dirty Trick at a range?
The only one I know, is the same as a few years ago. Bounty Hunter Slayer's method-which is their level 2 ability to subb it out whenever they can get Sneak Attack they can sub it out for a Dirty Trick attempt at a bonus.

I couldn't really think of a consistent way to proc sneak attack that way. Basically just Feinting I think was the only realistic choice. (or Scout Rogue)

So I'm curious if anyone else knows a Not 3rd party method to do that?

I'm attempting to build Adlet Meyers from Rokka no Yuusha. And dirty trick is a great way to fluff a lot of what he does.

The Prestige Class, Chernasardo Warden has Trick Shot at LVL 6, you can attempt a dirty trick with a ranged weapon with a -4 penalty which changes to -2 at LVL 9.

what about displacement, do swarms still have to roll miss chance?

If you start to move with force soles in zero g do you stop at the end of your movement or continue to be propelled in the direction you started moving in at the end of your movement?

I was wondering if there is open source to information of towns, villages and cities. I was going to create a custom campaign where the party will try to visit 7 - 10 towns withing a certain amount of time. I need to know who lives in these places and what the layout is, I haven't chosen the route of which they will be traveling because I need to know more about the places.
