For as much as it would clean up and shorten various entries, I think it is a good idea. Maybe call it a "Standard" saving throw, instead of "Basic". But either way, make sure Standard or Basic is capitalized.

I just want to clarify something, and it may be silly but I'm trying to interpret the rules as written. Does a spell that requires concentration end when the caster falls unconscious?

- Concentration (p 196) says it lasts until the END of your next turn unless you spend an action to Concentrate on a Spell.

- The concentrate action (p 197) says you can't be fatigued. And the last sentence says "If you take damage equal to or greater than your level from a reaction or free action triggered by this action, your spell is disrupted and immediately dismissed."

- The new Dying rules and Unconscious descriptions in the errata document don't mention anything about ending concentration.

So it seems that a character can have a concentration spell active...get knocked unconscious by an enemy attack...and be brought back (through healing or a Hero Point) before their next turn. Then they spend another action to continue concentrating. Does that sound right, or am I missing something obvious? Thanks.

We'd like you to handle the adjustments (but please do adjust). If it becomes mission critical to perform the adjustments with 100% accuracy, we will give them to you (this is the case in only one part of the adventure).

Great...thank you!

While playtesting Doomsday Dawn, should we adjust the encounters to fit the number of players (remove monsters for 3 PCs, add monsters for 5 or 6 PCs)? Or should we just run the encounters as written and note the party size in the surveys?

What would give you the best feedback?

The "guided" playtest will be over at that point. We will still be collecting feedback for quite some time after that.

Great...thanks! We will probably finish the Doomsday Dawn chapters in February and I will still plan on submitting the surveys.

It seems that the Doomsday Dawn adventure was designed for a party of 4 PCs. What guidelines should we use for running larger or smaller parties? Chapter 5 gives equipment lists for 5 or 6 PCs. But the encounters as written are probably designed for parties of 4. Should we use the playtest rules to adjust encounters for more players? Is there a maximum party size?

Of course. We'll finish the adventure. But I just wondered "what" was over on Dec 31st.

According to the "Playtesting the Game" blog post, I understand that the playtest will focus on each chapter of Doomsday Dawn during certain weeks (part 1 on 8/2, part 2 on 8/27, etc.) But it also said that the playtest closes on Dec 31st 2018. What is that deadline in reference to? Is that the last chance to submit surveys? Our group might only get through 1 chapter per month, so we won't be able to finish the whole adventure by the end of the year.
