"I've got a bad feeling about this" Brujo looks at the hole, then the remaining kobolds.

Brujo quickly moves beside two of the kobolds and swings an arc of lightning over their heads.

Move to M13. If K1 is still alive after Leo attack than I place Aegis of Shield on him. If not Place it on K2.

Lighnting Lure on K6 http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1774588/ ]1d20+6=23 vs Fort; Damage 1d6+6=12, move K6 to M14. What the heck, last two rolls have been the same? Not that I'm complaining.

Move to O8; Lightning Lure on K4 1d20+6=23, move him to O9; Damage 1d6+6=12 Max damge once again! Really why aren't my rolls like this on my other characters? Also use Aegis of Shielding on him incase he tries to attack someone else.

Brujo, may I draw your attention to the fact that Kobold 4 is already dead, having fallen to Commander Caine. You may wish to revise your move. Also that Leo and you seem to be trying to share a square.:D

Oh, I thought the kodold in O11 was still kicking? As for the move put me in N8

Brujo quickly darts about the ruins to his next victim, "Get over here!"

Move to O8; Lightning Lure on K4 1d20+6=23, move him to O9; Damage 1d6+6=12 Max damge once again! Really why aren't my rolls like this on my other characters? Also use Aegis of Shielding on him incase he tries to attack someone else.

Rev DM wrote:

BrujoI think it's the d6 cold damage rather than d8 scimitar damage, but I'm happy to be corrected.

OK, in that case our Kobold friend takes another 1d6=3 cold damage.

Brujo quickly moves to the nearest enemy, and unleashes another bolt of lightning.

Move to L5. Lightning Lure on K4 1d20+6=26 vs. Fort, Crit(why can't I have rolls like this in my other games)! Move K4 to M4, giving Flanking and Combat advantage to Leo and myself;Damage 1d6+6=12(the funny thing here is I rolled max damage anyway). Rev, since it's a crit do I apply the +1d8 from damage from my sword/the +1d6 from the cold property, since I'm using my sword as my implement?

OA 1d20+6=18; Damage 1d8+3=7

Start in G1, move to H3. Use lightning lure(posted above) to move K1 to H2. Granting flanking/combat advantage to Cronin and myself.

Is this a surprise round? Initiative 1d20+5=21

"We got company!" Brujo draws his blade.

If it's possible I get close enough to use lightning lure. Lightning Lure 1d20+6=24 vs. Fort; Damage1d6+6=12; If not than I'll save the attack for later and use a total defense action, +2 to all defenses.

updated profile. Percption 1d20-1=19...yay nat 20

"Looks like there are some happenings north of here. Yannick says there are ramparts that have been repaired, but not by of the teams here."

"Which brings up an interesting question. Yannick, why out of every thing here is that tower is the only thing time hasn't touched?", Brujo turns his attention to the old man.

"Yannick, if not too much of a problem I'd like see these ramparts you were talking about. Perhaps find who, or what is responsible for their repair."

"Right. Let me pick up my gear, and I'll help you with your ramparts", he wipes what's left of the meal from his face, and heads to his room.

Sitting over his morning meal Brujo muses over the verses of last night.

"Huh, I have no problem with helping you out today", Brujo casts an eye up from his meal.

"Analects of Kuryon...I may find something useful there. At the very least it will be an interesting read."

After finishing his meal, and reading the pamphlet Brujo excuses himself, "If you will excuse me, I still feel as if I hadn't 'slept' in forever."

"This food is delicious. Will the Harrak and the others be getting some aswell", Brujo sighs after finishing his bowl. "Would it be too much to ask for some more"

"Hello Sister, I'm Brujo", looking at the cuts and bruises amongst himself and the others. "We had a problem on the way here."

Rev DM wrote:
I wouldn't blame you. Devlin is a major pain. Harrak may have the seeds of redemption in him.

ya, but it would make me as bad, if not worse than him.

Brujo nods in agreeance, "The bed doesn't even need to be warm"

I thought we were leaving him tied up for the wolves.
Fair enough. Are you leaving Harrak as well?

I think that was a joke. Brujo will be walk ing with Harrak to the monastery. Hopefully there's someone/thing to turn him over to.

"Why wouldn't they wnat to stay in the monastery", Brujo asks with a puzzled look on his his. "I would think staying inside would be perferable to staying out."

Brujo gather up his belongings. "Shall we be off"

With a nod Brujo binds Harrak once more. "HA, GOT WHAT YOU DESERVERED", Brujo rejoices in his mind.

"If it weren't for me...", Brujo interupts, "his brother would still be alive."

"I am sorry for your brothers passing, and I know nothing I can do or say can right this...But would your brother really want you to give up your own life?"

Rev

Spoiler:

Incase Harrak goes through with killing himself I rady an action to stop him. How far from me is he? In any case If he's close enough I move in and try to grab him. If he's to far for that I'll use Fey Step.

Grab 1d20+3=16 vs. Reflex

Perception 1d20-1=4. I'm blind!

With a nod Brujo moves to Harrak and begins untieing him.

Though he feels sorry for the lose of Harraks's brother, Brujo watches him closely. His time on the run giving him little trust in people.

"We shouldn't leave them like this. The least we can do is bury them." Brujo looks at the others. "No one deserves to be laid out like this."

How long would it take to digs holes?

Walking over to Leo, Brujo pulls out his rope.

Perception for hidden weapons 1d20-1=14

"I'm sorry about your brother" Gin says sorrowfully as he ties Harrak.

After that gin relaxs on the grass. [oos] During the short rest I'll spent a healing surge bringing me up 35hp.

As he lays on the grass he notices Fairwind, Devlin in tow.

Geleri Fairwind wrote:
She motions to Brujo, "Well, you got anything you want to be askin' our good buddy Devlin here?"

"Not right now", He casts a tired look at her.

With a flash Brujo appears behind Allan. "Mind if I join"

Fey Step to E9. Flanking Allan with Caine. Minor Action, Aegis of Shielding on Allan.

Brujo brings his sword crashing down on Allan.

Booming Blade 1d20+10=21, +2 from flanking; Damage 1d8+5=7.

Must have skipped that. Are Action Points still able to be used? If so move to F12. Action point to use Dimensional Warp on Chryzylyz and Leo. If not full defense till the effect ends

Feeling invigorated as the paladins power flows into him, "Thank you, but I fear that the hound is giving our Eladrin a problem. Let's change things up."

With that Brujo steps ups to Devlin and swings down a frozen blade

Chilling Blow 1d20+8=20; Damage [ur;=http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1759169/ ]1d8+5=10 cold damage, 2 points cold damage each time he attacks; Action Point

In the blink of an eye, Brujo disappears. Only to appear a few feet away from Chryzylyz. "Sorry would have been here sooner. Let's get you out of this hounds way."

Fey Step to F12

With a few hand moves Chryzylyz and Leo find themselves in each others places.

Minor action to use Dimenisonal Warp to move Chryzylyz to D14, and Leo to H12.

"The hound seems more up your alley", Brujo says to the confused looking half-elf. "Now for you." He turns his attention to Allan.

Lightning Lure 1d20+6=21; Damage 1d6+6=9 lightning damage, Pull Allan to G12.

Rev seems the map link is down. Post pending.

Farrak's own attack on Brujo: (1d20 7=21, 1d4 7=9). Darn. That +1 to defences from Caine just came into its own.

Thank goodness for +1 bonuses!

"AH!" Brujo cries out as the blade plunges in. "A good hit, but it looks like you were hurt aswell." Brujo grins as the ice covering Farraks wound grows.

2 cold damage for the attack

Chilling Blow on Farrack 1d20+8=25; Damage 1d8+5=10 cold damage; target takes 2 points cold damage each time it attacks until the start of your next turn. Aegis of Shielding on Devlin.

If Farrack drops then I do the following

Turning to the paladin, "If your'e alright here, I'll handle the problem over there" Brujo nods his head towards Allan.

Fey Step to G9. Action point +2 to all defenses and Booming Blade 1d20+5=18; Damage 1d8+5=11 cold damage; if the target is adjacent to you at the start of its turn and moves away, it takes 1d6+3 thunder damage. Again only if Farrack drops

"Hello" Brujo grins as he swings his blade toward Allans gut.

Seem to be working for me. There's always this if you can't use invisible castle.

"Too much yapping, not enough fighting", Brujo steps up between the two half-elves. As he draws his blade, Brujo unleashes a bolt of lightning from his hand at the nearest traveler.

Move to D13. Minor action to draw my blade. Lightning Lure on Farrak 1d20+7=20; Damage 1d6+6=7 lightning damage; If it hits move Farrak to C13.

Initiative 1d20+5=24

Growing nervous at the approching party, and their dog. Brujo tries to determine their intentions.

Perception 1d20+1=14; Insight 1d20+1=12

Enjoying his cup of tea, Brujo inhales the air around him. "Nothing like the smell of rain..." Brujo stares up the clouds, "good for the calming the nerves"

Grining from the genasi's ingenuity, "Thank you, I'd enjoy some".

Brujo rests up against the trunk of the tree. He stretches once more as the rain breaks up.

"I have no clue who's leading them. Just a mashup of gnolls, orcs, and humans. And sometimes 'hired help'", He strecthes his tired limbs, and looks through his traveling gear. He pulls out some trail rations and begins to eat.

"Escape is not tolerated in Thay. Especially the escape of a slave. Especially a slave who was meant to be reanimated in the service of Thay.", Brujo raises the shirt on his back. There sits an ugly brand.

"How long...since I can remember. I have no clue when I escaped, only that I did. Only two things I remember clearly. Sitting waiting to die and be reanimated in a crow cage, and standing outside a tunnel that lead to the plateau. And since than they've been behind me."

"The Dread Legions are Thay's army. The army is made mostly of the undead, but gnoll, orc, shifter, and slaves round out the bottom." Brujo starts to drift off on remembering his time there.

"Ah good. Than Thank you for your generousity, but I must be on my way", Brujo stands to leave, but his sore, aching body disagrees. "On seceond thought it shouldn't hurt to stay here for a bit."

"Who's hunting me? Depends how 'they' hired to do it that day. But to answer your question I am being hunted by member of the Dread Legion." The foul name rolls off his tongue as a curse.

"Pursued is a good word to use", The moon elf gives a half-smile. "I perfer 'hunted' though in this case." Brujo adjust the left side sleeve of his torn shirt.

"I apologize for any inconvince I may have caused", taking on last drink from the waterskin, before handing it back. "I take it then that I'm near Spellgard, yes?"

Opening his eyes, Brujo is surprised to see a furry hand holding a waterskin. "Drink", a gentle growl asks.

"Shifter", Brujo says to himself. He quickly scans the area looking for threats, aswell as those around him.

"Where am I", he asks as he takes the waterskin.

Perception 1d20+2=20

Perception 1d20+2=11

"MOVE. Damnit move!" Brujo mind screams as a shadowy figure approaches. The strain of not having rested, or eaten since gods know when have finally caught up to him.

"Heh, to tired to even draw my weapon", he whispers as a jolt of pain runs through him. "Can my day get any better"...

Rev

Spoiler:
While an Eldrain doen't sleep. Nothing says that an Eladrin can't be so exhausted/fatigued he passes out from it.

With the last bit of energy, not alot I gather, he would try to bum-rush the figure (with little avail). Only to find himself exhausted to the point of unconsciousness.

After that I'll handle his reaction to the others. I hope thats alright

Brujo stood froozen in fear. He wasn't even aware of the horse till it neighed.

"This is what happens when one goes without resting", he thought to himself as he stood there.

"Surely those by the fire heard the horse and are coming. Maybe they'll have room for one more by the fire. Maybe they're slavers or Thayans." The thoughts rage in his mind.

"Either way I'm better off with them. Best case, warmth of a fire and time to rest. Worst, I'm a deadman. Both great choices at this point.
