Thanks for the fast reply!

The player chose the wand so as the GM, I think I'm going to put a wizard in sandpoint that can enchant the wand for a price. I just need to do some more research first.

Awesome game by the way!

Hi!

I'm new to this (still). :)

I don't understand the difference between the four arcane bond choices (masterwork dagger, masterwork quarterstaff, ring, or wand).

Why would I take a ring when I could get a free masterwork weapon. Can I even use them as weapons?

And how does the wand work. Does the wand only have 50 charges? And the ring?

Thanks for your patience!

Thanks! Looking forward for my first game!

Hi!

I'm new to this. How do you figure out how much XP to give (or use from my encounter budget) for obstacles and puzzles?

In the GM Guide It says what dc skill check you need for insignificant, standard and significant obstacles. But I want to know how much xp you get for them.

Why doesnt Merisiel have the racial traits "Elven sleep immunity" and "Weapon Familiarity" written under her Recial Traits?

I see that the weapons she is familiar to is written under her weapon proficiencies and understand if you dont need to write it down as a racial trait. But then I wonder why it says so in the handbook (that you need to write "these five elf racial traits in section C").

What have I missed?

As I said, I'm new to this and I'm very exited to play this. And I want everything to be perfect when I try it out!

I want to erase my question but dont know how, I saw that you already have answered my question in a previous post.

Skybert, the pregen character sheets are simplified to make it easier for right-out-of-the-box new players, and don't have all the abilities listed in the Hero's Handbook.
