Bird with the word has landed!

Thursday is my Friday and my Friday beings my 9-day vacation.

Packing the RV tomorrow, packing food, sleeping supplies, packing entertainment, packing the PC, packing mom and the chihuahuas..,

Wait.

That last part didn't sound right.

I will take pictures of Wyoming and the Rocky Mountains. Yes.

Keep the treefort proper and running. Like a terminator, I'll be back.

I have been mugged several times over the years. My house has never been broken into. I don't know what I would do in that circumstance, especially if I am at home when it happens, I would probably frenzy.

I'd peak their eyes out, but one word comes to mind.

Gun.

if not, baseball bat, tire iron, or a good nine iron will do in a pinch.

Oh hey everybody, I'm back.

Happy New Year, EveryFAWTL!

I most certainly did not stay up last night, as I had to be up at 3:00 today for my flight.

Yay?

where are you going?

It is not Germany, I asume, because you have not informed me how long you will be our guests :-)

I am visiting family in Tucson, followed by more family visits in Las Vegas, followed by a cousin's wedding in St. Louis.

...and you didn't see me in Vegas. Ugh!

Hey Pigeon! How's it winging?

Hanging in there. A lackluster week for Vegas at the end of the year.

Consumer Electrons Show hit this begins Tuesday. Airport and cab work should keep me busy for the next two weeks. Other than that life is good.

Currently re-watching Hot Fuzz for probably the 30th or 40th time. The fact that it can still make me laugh after that many viewings impresses the hell out of me.

Took me three years to sit down and watch Hot Fuzz from beginning to end with interruption. I'd admit it is one of the most hilarious films I've ever seen.

Merry Christmas everybody. Mom, loves the Barns & Noble gift card I bought her and we hitting the Strip for dinner this evening.

Having a relaxing morning watching Star Wars Episode I - VI in order. No "A Carol Christmas, Scrooge, It's a beautiful life" or any of those recycled holiday classics playing for the last 40 some years. My Christmas, it's Stormtroopers, explosions, light sabers, dead Jedi bodies, and exploding Sith Lords. Especially the later, better than a star over Bethlehem.

Morning everyone. 1/2 hour before I hit the road on another slow December morning. It's trip, cab, and breakfast in that order.

Other than that, I'm going to delve into another Pathfinder adventure path to read and Castles & Crusades.

I hope everyone gets the presents they want this year.

Is anyone doing the Iron Gods arc? If so how good is it?
I plan to run it after Kingmaker with some serious alterations. It looks good thus far, but the paizo weakness of one adventure path, five authors is quite obvious here, especially with sci-fi elements involved.

I want to give my NPCs blasters because shooting at the PCs would be so much fun.

"Princes Of The Universe"

Here we are, Born to be kings,
We're the princes of the universe,
Here we belong, Fighting to survive,
In a world with the darkest powers,
And here we are, We're the princes of the universe,
Here we belong, Fighting for survival,
We've come to be the rules of your world,
I am immortal, I have inside me blood of kings,
I have no rival, No man can be my equal,
Take me to the future of your world,
Born to be kings, Princes of the universe,
Fighting and free, Got your world in my hand,
I'm here for your love and I'll make my stand,
We were born to be princes of the universe,
No man could understand. My power is in my own hand,
Ooh, Ooh, Ooh, People talk about you,
People say you've had your day,
I'm a man that will go far,
Fly the moon and reach for the stars,
With my sword and head held high,
Got to pass the test first time - yeah,
I know that people talk about me I hear it every day,
But I can prove you wrong cos I'm right first time,
Yeah. Yeah. Alright, Watch this man fly,
Bring on the girls,
Here We are. Born to be kings. We're the princes of
the universe. Here we belong. Born to be kings,
Princes of the universe. Fighting and free,
Got the world in my hands. I'm here for your love,
And I'll make my stand,
We were born to be princes of the universe.

The road was jealous. You drive too good for it, so it tried to sabotage you.
Or perhaps it was trying to donate some scrap metal for recycling?

It wasn't a nail but a drill bit. Scrap or rather disguarded metal aside, I've been nailed and screwed once or twice on my way to the tire shop. Being drilled has to be a first somewhere.
