Hero of Valhalla

Impersonating an officer of the blog law is a punishable offense. And since we enforce the sentences of perpetrators' native lands, I believe banishment to Cocytus is in store for you, my dear baron.

Hero of Valhalla

Best. Blog. Post. Ever!

Hero of Valhalla

I will ensure that at least one art-centric blog post appears this week.

I think you'll find having me working on the inside will benefit all involved.

Mairkurion, since Yoda is now working for The Golem, we need to find a third person to fill his seat in our Blog Police Triumvirate {tm}.

I have not gone anywhere. I will now enforce tolerance of late blog posts as well as those containing little or no art. Violators will be prosecuted.

If this is what comes from winning 13 ENnies and running an amazingly successful GenCon,

Spoiler:
Explosive Runes

Carry on.

Hey now, everyone! Let's not start a riot. Let the professionals do their jobs. Move along. Nothing to see here.

Hero of Valhalla

Why is there no art preview in this blog post?! For shame!

Hero of Valhalla

These are the worst kinds of Fridays.

Shall I get the baseball bat with the rusty nails?

I will neither grant nor deny you permission to do such, but I will walk around this corner and not report any suspicious noises I may hear coming from your general direction. Just call for me when it's safe to resume my normal post.

Hero of Valhalla

Holding preview art ransom is strictly prohibited. In fact, less than three substantive previews a week is the sign of slacking interns. You wanna get paid eventually, right?

What about getting Paizo to give Mr. Stephens an offical Absalom blog?

I support this recommendation! It would mean one less thing the full time editorial staff would have to write each week, though they might not include any art...

Hero of Valhalla

No ghosts allowed in threads about the blog. Don't make me get my ghosttouch billy club out of the paddy wagon.

Hero of Valhalla

Mr. Evans, you're going to make the blog monkeys angry! Do not feed the animals.

Blogs go through editing. I blame editors.

Edit: Editors that, I should note, are slammed with work right now as we move quickly toward getting ourselves back on track. So if they missed a few things in a blog post, that's not the end of the world is it?

Minor errors are permitted. The actual printed word and products that make money for Paizo are the priority. That is all.

Also, check tomorrow's blog. It's gonna be ... previewey.

I approve this message. I also wish to remind you that new art is now a requirement for all blog posts.
Fair warning. It won't take a lot of oppression from the Blog Police to incite a full-fledged riot and uprising from the blog monkeys toiling in the blogwerks under the city.

For the sake of public safety, you are granted a reprieve from new art in the blog. It is no longer required, but is greatly appreciated.

Spoiler:
Thanks for all you do, blog monkeys!

Don't forget Frost!

Nah, Sutter has a beard. I can't abide hairy faces.

Jack, Leaf-face:

Don't even think of giving anyone a hard time today. It's Friday and everyone needs a break. Cut the busy folks in the Pit a little slack. Or I'm gonna have to take you boys downtown. And I get real angry-like when someone ruins my donut schedule by making me detour back to the precinct.

This, sir, is why you are perhaps the most upstanding citizen in this fine community. I'd give you an award were I in a position to do so. May you always remain an inspiration to us all!

Thanks guys! With any luck, they'll let me start doing those once a week. The golden rule around here is "Art people never touch the writing, and writing people never touch the art," but they might make an exception for the blogs.

I will permit you to do a blog weekly as long as they contain art along with your writings. It's what the blog's for, after all, innit?

at least a "Where in the world is Jason B?" blog about his wonderful adventures on the way to GenCon OZ

No. Previews or death.

Hero of Valhalla

I'll let you off this time with a warning, but be aware that Monday mornings should not contain the previous Wednesday's blog in the most recent position. Please ensure that something newer pushes that one down a notch as soon as possible.

And turn over all your donuts.

Please ensure the blog also contains previews of shiny art from inside upcoming books.
