"Hey, hey," Arent grumbles,"It's not right to punch and shout at people. If you must know, and I don't see how its any of your business, I married young and it made me old. Like I'm sure your bound to do to some poor man" After finishing he erupts in laughter that he hopes will be be echoed by others.

"Yeah, well, I only hit you 'cause you were ignoring me, so there." After listening to the Arent's response, Bella sighs in annoyance. "Awwww. Well that's not at least half as exciting of a story as I wanted it to be. But still. You're really, really, really old looking! I want to congratulate you on your accomplishment!" If the words came out of any other's mouth it might seem like teasing, but Bella speaks with an excitable grin, proving that her words are felt from the heart.

"Little girl, I don't think a tavern is the safest place for you to play. Perhaps you should go back to your mamma and leave us adults to talk".

Bella's eyes widen in shock. "L-little girl?... Excuse me?!" Her tiny gnomish hands bunch up as a result of her anger and she points an accusing finger at the half-orc. "I am a full-grown gnomish woman, thank you very much, and a powerful magician extrodinaire! You don't see me making fun of every half-orc that comes walking my way! Maybe I should start, if they're all half as rude as you are!"

Listening quietly to the conversation, Bella lightly punches the old dwarf on the arm and shouts angrily. "Hey! I asked you a question, mister!" The small gnome clearly enounciates each word as they leave her lips, an annoyed expression across her face. "Why. Are. You. So. Old?! I've never seen anything like it!"

But in regards to the ruins, her eyes light up. A grin creeps across her dainty features and any observer can see Bella has been filled with new fervor. "Ruins you say? Do you think there might be some magic stuff there? Like a magic sword of fire?! Or maybe even a bow of ice?! Oooooooh, it sounds so amazing! I wanna go!" Bella's words are laced with excitement, completely ignoring the fact no one has answered her inquiries.

The door to the Lost Shepard burst open, and many of the customers turned their heads to the noise. And then further downwards when nothing was to be seen. A small woman with long brown hair in a ponytail, adorned in a sleek maroon robe, stood at the door with a mischevous smile shining on her delicate features. "Hello!"

The gnome then proceeded to stride on into the crowded tavern, ignoring the most likely incredulous looks, elbowing and shoving her way through kneecaps and shins to make her way through the crowd. After jabbing a particularly pudgy leg out of her way, Bella noticed a crowd gathering around a table, an white-haired dwarf beckoning others to join. I've never seen a dwarf that ancient!

Walking up to the table, Bella reaches out and taps the dwarf on the shoulder with a wide grin. "Hi! Why are you so old?"

Sheet is fixed - background should be up soon! Mother is doing better, the problem was that our internet was out for the past day or so.

I'll introduce Bella into the thread now. =]

Bella:
Yep, it was twenty-two. Lowered her Wis to 11 from 13. That should take care of it. ^^

(Female Gnome Sorceress 1 (Earth))

Oh, go ahead Wyrm, lay it on me. The sooner Bella is fixed the better.

My mother's doing better, she can speak just fine and can think clearly for the most part. She's just having some minor troubles with movement at the moment, mainly on the left side of her body. So I'm freed up a bit. But not completely.

Hope you're feeling better too. =]

(Female Gnome Sorceress 1 (Earth))

I'm sorry for the lack of information coming from me, but my mother has had a stroke and I've been busy caring for her since she came home from the hospital. Expect a finished background from me either later tonight or tomorrow morning.

Again, I apologize. =[

Stats for Bella are up, I'll finish the background this afternoon.

I do have a question, could all of the spells she cast be earth? Strictly? As in, Burning Hands wouldn't emit a cone of fire for 1d4 fire damage, it would emit a cone of sharp rocks and dirt for 1d4 acid (or blunt) damage. This would be a permanent change, either a benefit or hinderance depending on the situation, and all the effects of the spell would be the same. Just a different damage type and different asthetic aspect to it.

It's not that important, but I think it'd add a unique touch and it seems more appropriate for an earth bloodline sorceress.

(Female Gnome Sorceress 1 (Earth))

I don't mind either way. =]

Here's Bella, a gnome sorcereress. Hah, she's gonna have a field day with all these orcs. :P
