I thought once 8:00 started on Friday it was 24x7 until Sunday evening :)

I was assuming the Paizo staff would have a fully cooked breakfast for all players by 6:30 every morning too. ;)

Congrats Dick. A well deserved title.

I'd go weapon focus or since you have the boosted lay on hands think about Word of Healing feat. That should keep your Barbarian up.

I'd vote Claimjumper for the space aspect.

Yea!

Keep up the great work Mike.

My mouth is already watering!

Thanks all for the information. I'm forming a tactical plan.

ZomB.

Ammunition would be non-caster. Or some consumable one off items that have limited uses and are then gone.

On an earlier post, I really agree with some player write-ups for the mission background. During large cons, GMs are at such a disadvantage trying to shout over other folks. Most players finally give up and then just wait for the scenario to just start.

And the last is a special boon for anyone that survive's when Kyle GMs. I'm really looking forward to meeting Kyle at Paizocon. I need to put a face with the legend :)

Dump the lists. Drink heavily on your bday!

I believe this was brought up at he con I attended last month and was told it was her domain power that enhanced the burst.

Bob J. was who told me that when asked. Too many days ago to be specific.

+1 on that view too.

I waited until my 40s to tie the knot. We're working on 2 years, and she definitely loves me, because we'll be at in July celebrating those two years! I've convinced her she's going to have fun playing.

As for unique items, I do think the wands and scrolls of higher level (those are non purchaseable). Throwing in some intelligent items again might catch on, really depends on the item.

I really liked the boon at the end of quest for perfection. Tying all those scenarios together for the reward was genius.

Wow. I'm with Jiggy. People are over analyzing stuff. Let's let Mike and Mark get back to improving PFS Society and off this topic.

My advice, which I'm echoing, is to put unique items on the chronicle sheets or items still unavailable for PCs of that tier. They really need to mean something, and they don't when a PC can just go purchase items listed on the chronicle sheet.

More interwoven faction missions would be great into the story lines.

I'd also throw in there the negative level conditions!

Gary and Mike.

Thanks for the information, I'm looking forward to trying your recommendations. My wife and I are excited about the con and also finally making it out to the northwest coast area.

Just a shout out to doing an awesome job. The decision to uproot the entire family and move must have been difficult process. I will say being happy and passionate at work, carries over into family life. It's amazing coming home at night happy and thankful.

Your changes and direction are building this community.

Being from the Midwest, I was wondering what microbrews are out there and which ones people would recommend trying. The wife and I are heading to Seattle after the con for a few days if that makes a difference.

Thanks.

I think in the end it all comes down to the GM in the end, because each situation is different. Sometimes a handle animal check is needed, sometimes not.

As for exploiting loopholes, who really can define what a loop hole really is if the rules are written in certain ways. In the end, as a GM, I want players to love and enjoy the game as much as I do. I'll always try and give the players the benefit of the doubt and not assume they are power building.

As a PFS and Pathfinder community, I want new and old players to always feel welcome in any game, on these boards, etc.

I've met many friends on these boards, through local games, and conventions. And feel lucky to be part of the game.

KnightErrantJR and Brother Elias, I hope you come back some day. PFS is evolving, members change, and members turnover, but hopefully the love of gaming never dies.

Both of you originally brought the joy of Pathfinder and PFS to me, which I have spread to others.

I'm telling my wife were now yahoos :)

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

I'd support the pre-meeting. I think it gives the access needed for folks to meet Paizo staff, VCs, and those legendary names on the boards. Some more frightening than others :)

Also, I'd think this would give the VCs a chance to hand out where PFS events are being held regularly for those not on the boards or those unaware of PFS Society attending Gencon for the first time.

Lastly, I love free Beer.

Ok. Beerwolf and the wife will be in. We have plenty of time to to create new characters after a tpk!

25-26 hour drive. That's Pathfinder love. I hope it works out you get to come out, RL stinks at times.

Bob. Are you flying out of B/N? The wife and I are leaving Wednesday and heading out. Frontier only flies MWF, but the rates were dirt cheap.

I'm guessing since this will be my wife's first time playing Pathfinder, having her character killed in the first session wouldnt probably be the best of ideas for me :)

It could make it a long weekend.

Bob. If you fly out of Bloomington/Normal and use Frontier the prices are still discounted. There is an introductory rate since Frontier is just starting service in May. A quick layover in Denver, but definitely worth no parking fees and easy to get in and out.

I played at Tamagos table. It all really clicked with this layout. Our table was laughing, rooting each other on, and worked as a team. It made the encounter very enjoyable and fun!

Ok. Now I'm crying. My wife and I are flying in the 4th and going straight to the hotel that evening. We're doing the Seattle tour post con. The beerfest would have been icing on the cake for the trip. Oh well, looks like there is tons of other things in Seattle to do.

The tornados went about 2 hours south. The con was spared. My prayers go out to those families affected.

The con was a blast. Only able to stay for Friday and part of Saturday. Kudos to all those who GM'd and organized the con.

I'm totally in support of this idea. There are so many people in this economy that could use help. This charity is a great thing for kids.

I like the idea of a raffle, but not limiting the purchase chances. It allows more money to be able to be collected for the charity. All people have a chance to win.

My thoughts.

Part of that would be battle tactics too. Are the other two players waiting for buffs before running into battle? If you are needing that extra round think about increasing your init modifiers.

Hope that helps some.

I for one, am glad on the direction. My players are starting to form attachments with Golarion, the regions, and people. Please don't advance the timelines.

I'm looking forward to the changes. Extreme focus will be great on this line.

What. I see rebellion. The hotel staff needs to fall to their knees and ask forgiveness for charging you full price.

Having Bob most likely already intoxicated trying to find a store near downtown could be interesting. It sounds like the armored gopher folks have a mission. Buy bob lots of beer b4 sending him to GM.

My wife and I booked Wednesday through Sunday. We reserved a king bed room and received the con rate.

I was thinking maybe the hard cover compilizations might also be limited editions. This could help ease the costs since they might be priced a little higher and be a sought after book.

Scribing scrolls or brewing potions would be a plus if you have the feats. Especially with the haversack.

Patiently waiting. Any chane there could be duplicates like the condition cards? Lots of my players use the mass buff spells.

Could you link in the thread? And was that ruling the same for PFS?

Or attribute increases for the various sizes too on the damage.

I would subscribe without the discounts. Time is money for me.

I've decided to follow Bob and come to the con. Maybe I can talk some more of the gophers into making the track over with me!

Actually, I had a blast playing this scenario. Bob did a great job, and by rights he did ask us are we sure we wanted to play up?

Bob is a great DM, which made it even more fun. Of course, I had the level 5 hiding in the back :)

I'm still laughing about the step-up feat on a certain monster!

An Oracle might mix with the group too.

Love Goblin theme. Putting a goblin on season 4 shirts would be cool too.

Power Attack is a must. I'd think about Weapon Focus too. It's always under estimated the need to hit before being able to do damage.
