However it unfortunately didn't have Pathfinder Adventure Path #54: The Empty Throne but instead contained a copy of distant worlds.

While I do appreciate you sending me content i have not requested and can understand the mix up as they have similar cover design I would really appreciate getting the final copy of Jade Regent to complete my set.

Please do your best to fix this error at your earliest convenience.

Hi all, its me again
this order (Order # 1750397) just arrived and although in my order history it says its all arriving as one package, when i opened the box pathfinder adventure path #48 was missing and on the invoice it says this was previously fulfilled. I have definitely not received pathfinder #48 and am wondering why and also if it was going to be shipped separately then my order page should reflect that. Can you please look into this.

I have been waiting patiently for this order to arrive now for quite some time. As I live in australia it normally takes at least a month to arrive and since its been more than 6 weeks I don't think its coming. I recently spoke to a friend of mine here who also subscribes and he said his order had come. It says in my history this has been shipped. Can you please help me by either finding my lost order or sending me it again.

However none of the miniatures were in the package. When I placed the order it said this would be in one package and my order page reflects this too. I did receive all of the flip mats and the two map packs. Obviously this is of great concern to me as I have been desperately waiting for these minis to start painting the beautiful sculpts. Please get back to me as soon as possible so I know if they are coming in another shipment or this was an oversight and you will still have to send them.

Hi all, I'm about to start in a campaign as a druid with a lion animal companion. It has the rake ability but no grab. I'm trying to understand how to make this work and follow the sequence of events to make it happen.

My understanding is that to rake, the lion would have to first initiate a grapple with CMB vs CMD of target and forego its normal attack as well as provoking an AOO. Then once the grapples achieved it can on the following round while maintaining the grapple inflict its bite damage and two rake claw damage. Does this sound right?

If so then wouldn't it just be smarter to move up to the opponent and bite on round 1 then full attack on round two. Thereby gaining an extra attack and not suffering an AOO?

Please help me to see what if anything I'm not following with this scenario.

Hi all, I've just placed my latest order and yet again the system has charged me far more for shipping than what I selected. Below is a copy of my order page which shows a shipping fee of $8.22 . This stayed this way until I completed the transaction and suddenly it had a fee of Shipping & Handling: $46.62
Shipping & Handling Discount: - $10.00

As you can appreciate this is a massive difference to the $8.22 I was quoted and that also didn't mention anything about the $10 discount if placing an order over $100. So to my reckoning my total should read

Sub Total= $138.62
Less holiday 10 discount of $13.86 = $124.76
+ Postage= 8.22
Less First Ten Shipping Promotion - $10.00 shipping.
Total = 124.76

I'd like to know why this isn't the case.

This includes the backorder of the pathfinder GM screen but the copy of my order sent to my email says that it is now a different order number and it looks like it hasn't been added into that total at all.

At the start I said yet again because the last time I placed an order there was the same problem with the shipping details. I am gratefull for the quick service from Sara Marie back then and was told it was due to split orders with international shipping. I am however dissapointed that the issue hasn't been cleared up yet and I have to go through this proccess again. Last time I left a duplicate in my shopping cart so you could see the details easily but with all the D&D minis it's too daunting a task to track them all down to make my cart look the same again.

While the shipping advisory quote says this

3 packages via Standard Postal Delivery, 12 to 20 business days in transit, $52.48

So my understanding is that instead of paying $61.29 shipping and handling, I should be paying $52.48 less the $10 for having an order over $100 equating to a grand total of $42.48 shipping and handling.

Can you please explain why this isn't the case on my invoice?

If it helps at all I have left a duplicate of my exact order in my shopping cart so you can easily see the shipping advisory I'm talking about. Sorry for the inconvenience with this but as you'll no doubt agree the difference in the two figures is significant.

Also there is no confirmation that the first $10 shipping has been taken off, so my understanding is that instead of charging me $61.29 shipping & handling it should be $52.48 as quoted less the first $10 that paizo covers for orders over $100 leaving a grand total of $42.48 shipping and handling.

I just received this order today and 1 of the items I ordered, "Pirate Sophie, RPR01420 x1 at $7.64" was not in my order even though the invoice claims to have included it in the shipment. I have had no problems with my previous orders at all and am disapointed that this has happened as I was looking forward to using it in an upcoming D&D session. Can you please get back to me as soon as possible and send me this item.
