Backstory:

A Bronx native, Axel was always interested in two things growing up. Law, and flying. He couldn't fly on his own, so instead he followed in his father's footsteps and joined the NY Police Academy at age 18, graduating at age 21. He didn't graduate at the overall top of his class, but he was top of his class when it came to the Marksman portion of the test.

It should of been a happy day for Axel, his graduation ceremony. Unfortunately, his father was gunned down in a drive-by shooting while on patrol the night before. The police were never able to pin down who was responsible, but they always suspected a local gang, the Tunnel Snakes.

Since that day, Axel has risen through the ranks. In the next couple of months he plans to take the Detective exam, and pass it with flying colors. He hopes to one day be able to re-open the case and find his father's killers.
