Do they have fox-folk?

they do not and to be honist you could probably come up with your own more interesting furry races.

I had the same reaction to the “judgments” I think they should be called Divine Inspirations or something like that instead. As far as game balance goes I don’t see any that look particularly overpowered although it does seem that some are probably better than others.

My only concern about the familiar is that the diligent wizard can back up the spell book just in case something goes wrong. You cant do this with your familiar because if it dies then you can summon another but it will be base, it will have only your basic spells in it. I would support a mechanism for the familiar to imbue some totem or something with its personality and knowledge for a price so it can have the same safety as a spell book.

why cant witches cast prestidigitation?

I believe we are losing sight of the class here. The definition of oracle has always been associated with divination but this class while it can go that route is not focused on it at all. So I think we should look at their place in combat. They lack the armor to go into melee and they lack the ranged spells or spell verity to stay in the back doing anything but being the “heal b~%#@.” So far I don't see them having a concrete place in battle.

I say they need either more spells known, (aka giving them heal spells for free), giving them more arcane spells from their focus, or perhaps giving their focus abilities more uses per day.

I think that the oracle should not have the cleric spell list. Honestly I think it should be closer to Druid than Cleric. They don't have the feel of cleric because clerics lack ranged damage dealing but make up for it with support and durability with armor. The spell limits and armor limits kind of turn this on its head. So lacking armor they cant be melee and lacking too many ranged options they are in a rather painful middle.

Another idea is to make the focus choice matter even more and for example give rock more armor ability and others more damage abilities so they have a more certain place in combat aka front or back of the line.

I would take the spell list and make it much more like druid's than cleric. Some healing some damage with a healthy dose of buffs and utility.
