Given the price in ACP of a Cat Folk or of a Hobgblin I would have liked to see their cost reduced, because being authorized to make many is fine but being able to create one, without spending too much, is better.

yes, it's the same situation in RiverBank.

I have sent my granddaughter Eldessa to keep an eye on the sacred vaults. On her way from Thornkeep to RiverBank, she was ambushed by a group of goblin shamans, and she was cursed to respawn just near another group of goblins. She died once, twice .. ten times until she successfully managed to run away alive. Alas her equipment was ruined, armor, wand and staff destroyed. She had a spare wand and a spare armor, but no staff.

Now she is also barricaded in RiverBank, surrounded by ogres, bandits and wolves with an incomplete equipement.

The "NUMBER 1 FEATURE : NO GRINDING" mention. I'm a little stupid that way, I thought no grinding meant no grinding.

Is saying "a little stupid means a little stupid" a little stupid?

From the pitch:

1. No Grinding- Pathfinder Online uses a skill training system like that of EVE Online. You train skills by choosing what skill you want to train and allowing the time required to elapse. You don't train any faster by farming mobs or spamming your abilities than you do exploring the world, role playing with your friends, or even being offline. You will need to complete certain achievements to complete a skill and open up new avenues of training.

Audoucet, after reading this, what, exactly, do you think 'complete certain achievements' means? Complete certain achievements?

I also had the NO-GRINDING in mind, and even if completing certain achievements was mentioned, i thought of specific quests such as finding a rare item or slaying a boss, whatever you want as far as it does not imply Grinding.

"IT IS TAX FREE, but you will need to contribute to the country growth"
- how will i contribute ?
- well the government will ask you to give money.
- so it is a tax ?
- no, no, it is not a tax, it is just a necessary financial compensation of not having taxes.
- ##??!!!

Given that list, Auxiliary Structures might fit best. (Warehouse, silo, well, guillotine? One of these is not like the others.)

Answer: The well is under the ground, the others are not. Am I right ?

I don't like this blog.

Me neither as I am not a big fan of PVP, but I expect enough french players at OE to fill in the ranks. Meanwhile, you see the point of having a remote [AB] and GMT+1 (French) settlement, as we will be able optimize our pvp window in the most favorable way.

When a monster decides to attack A or B he might decide to attack the character with the lower charisma or just make charisma rolls to sort between two possible targets.

With pleasure. On your way please take the opportunity to kill some of the creatures wandering near our territory and do not forget to leave a substantial tithe - building a holy vault|cathedral will surely prove to be expensive.

With the strong certainty that together we will be stronger than alone, the leaders of Phantasmagoria and Les Compagnons have decided to gather and unite their strengths in the territory of RiverBank [Hex AD].

Settlement Name: RiverBank
Alignment: Lawful Neutral / Neutral
Tax Rate: ND
Leadership: Oligarchy (Corporatist / Tax-poll based)
New Members: On Approval

Permanent Council: Phantasmagoria - Lawful | Les Compagnons - LN

Alliance: Roseblood Accord

Commercial partners: Dagedai / The Seventh Veil

Language: French speaking players are welcomed (France, Québec, Maghreb, Belgique, Suisse...), however our goals are universal and any nationality is welcomed in our ranks.

-----------------------------------

We hereby invite all individuals or companies who share the following principles to apply their candidature to our community:

- The residents are welcomed as far as they wish to bring the light of civilization to the wilderness. We expects our residents to obey all meaningful laws, but not those which are ridiculous, unenforceable, or self-contradictory.

- The council encourages peace, as war inevitably leads to the degradation of trade and the stifling of prosperity for the general public. It advocates cautious, careful consideration in all matters, and frowns on impulsiveness, believing that it leads to the encouragement of primitive needs. The council believes that wealth and happiness should be achievable by anyone with keen judgement, discipline, and a healthy respect for all sensible, just laws.

I Armenfrast of Taldor, Guardian of the High Vault, respectfully informs you that the chartered company "Les Compagnons" agrees to the spirit of the so named RoseBlood Accord and will examine with benevolence any request of alliance received from another member of the Accord.

New members are welcomed as far as they wish to bring the light of civilization to the wilderness, to help educate all in the benefits of law and properly regulated commerce. The order expects his followers to obey all meaningful laws, but not those which are ridiculous, unenforceable, or self-contradictory.

The order is also a great proponent of peace, as war inevitably leads to the degradation of trade and the stifling of prosperity for the general public. It advocates cautious, careful consideration in all matters, and frowns on impulsiveness, believing that it leads to the encouragement of primitive needs. The order discourages dependence on government, believing that wealth and happiness should be achievable by anyone with keen judgement, discipline, and a healthy respect for all sensible, just laws.

With all my consideration

I've got a fairly interesting settlement, well away from political turmoils and near a major town. If you want to prosper and build a better world join Les Compagnons [AD] (Currently French speaking but we will build a multilingual society)

Let's say three opponents are under the effect of an haste spell.

You cast dispel magic against one target and you succeed your dispel

What are the consequences

(1) The spell is dispelled (on the targeted creature only)

(2) The spell is dispelled (and all three opponents loose their haste)

The rules RAW says "A dispelled spell ends as if its duration had expired", this implies that the spell as a whole expires and not only the spell effect on this specific creature.

What is your opinion ? Is there already a clarification somewhere ?

thx
