About Aori "Cook" Vaana

Appearance
Though slight of build, the 6 1/2 foot Half-Elf carries himself as though he has no worries. His visible weapons and graceful stride mark him as someone who knows how to use the weapons he carries. His easy smile and the "laughing" glint in his eyes mark him as someone not slowed by adversity.

A scimitar swings below his hip, while a long curved knife is sheathed at his other hip. His armor is no longer new, but looks as if it is well-cared for. A dark cloak is clasped at his throat with a large brooch in the shape of a large tree. He wears calf-high boots with a dagger sheathed in each.

Character Background:

While growing up, Aori could not get enough of the tales told by bards or shared by the old "campaigners" in the inn. He would escape to the inn every time he could. He memorized the tales and acted them out the next day with makeshift armor and weapons.

His fascination with adventurers, led to his becoming one himself, sort of. He was recruited into the Duskwalkers at a young age and still is well received in the Nightstalls.

"Cook" is short for Kukri, the nickname his friends gave him. A kukri was his first real weapon. He carried that knife everywhere with him. It has been his weapon of choice ever since.
