Wow, Eberron has a ton of votes!

NO

I have read bits and pieces of all my RPG books, but I have only read two cover to cover (Heroes of Horror & Complete Arcane). I don't have the time that I sometimes think I do when I buy something new.

Zorgus

My Avatar says it all.

I'm seriously considering trying C&C with my group. Some players in my group are obsessed with rules and forget that this is a fantasy game where just about anything should be possible. I have a couple questions for those who already use this system...

1) Can monsters be used straight from the WOTC Monster Manuals? If not, how much converting needs to be done?

2) How about adventures? Can I use the C&C rules with an adventure out of Dungeon Magazine?

3) Has anyone tries the C&C rules with Pathfinder?

Zorgus

I was hoping we would see some Pathfinder minis. Now I just have to find enough time to paint them.

I thought I was done buying Green Ronin stuff when my order arrived on Monday. Then I saw this last night and had to get it (and a couple more things to go with it).

Zorgus

How about the "Death Dealer" books by james Silke? Those have been out of print for at least 10-15 years.

Zorgus

My Green Ronin order came in today and I am very pleased with what I got. The Advanced Player's Handbook for $5 is well worth it. You may even find some ideas that you could carry over to 4e.

Zorgus

Just finished "Manslayer" by Nathan Long and am now starting "The Golden Compass" by Phillip Pullman.
My daughter's school just sent home a note wanting us all to boycott the book and movie because the author is an atheist. Now I have to read it!

Zorgus

Over $325 in material for $50 (including shipping!)!! Add in the free stuff I've picked up at RPGNOW so far and this has been a huge D&D week!
I think this might be the best part of 4th edition, the 3.5 inventory sell off.

Zorgus

I just spent an easy $40

Computer Tech (3rd Shift)

Last week, my boss mentioned how he used to play D&D years ago and he thought he might still have his dice at home somewhere.

Mine were still on the front seat of my car.

Zorgus

The EVIL DEAD freaked me out when I first saw it.

Zorgus

My top 3 for fun and ideas are...

1) Complete Adventurer
2) Frostburn
3) Heroes of Horror

Libris Mortis is also very cool!

Zorgus

I'm pretty satisfied with 3.5. It took my group a while to switch over from 2nd so I don't see us even looking at 4 for a long time. There are so many cool 3.5 adventures I'm still waiting to run.
