Racial Bonus Feat: Humans select one extra feat at 1st level.
Skills: Humans gain an additional skil rank at first level and one additional rank whenever they gain a level.
Conspiracy Hunter: You gain a +1 bonus on Sense Motive checks, and Sense Motive is always a class skill for you.
Dangerously Curious:You gain a +1 bonus on Use Magic Device checks, and Use Magic Device is always a class skill for you.
Power Attack: -1/+2 You can subtract from your attack roll to add to your damage.
Combat Expertise: You can take a –1 penalty on melee attack rolls and combat maneuver checks to gain a +1 dodge bonus to your Armor Class.
Combat Reflexes: You may make a number of additional attacks of opportunity per round equal to your Dexterity bonus. With this feat, you may also make attacks of opportunity while flat-footed.
Improved Trip: You do not provoke an attack of opportunity when performing a trip combat maneuver. You receive a +2 bonus on checks made to trip a foe. You also receive a +2 bonus to your Combat Maneuver Defense whenever an opponent tries to trip you.
Track +2: +2 to survival checks to track.
Wild Empathy +3: Improve the attitude of an animal, as if using Diplomacy.
Freebooter's Bane: As a move action, select a target; the freebooter and her allies gain a +1 bonus on weapon attack and damage rolls against the target. This ability applies only to allies who can see or hear the freebooter and who are within 30 feet of the freebooter at the time she activates this ability. The freebooter’s bane lasts until the target dies or the freebooter selects a new target.
Favored Community (Westcrown): While inside the limits of Westcrown, the Urban Ramger gains a +2 bonus on initiative checks and Knowledge (local), Perception, Stealth, and Survival skill checks. An urban Ranger traveling through his favored community leaves no trail and cannot be tracked (although he may leave a trail if he so desires).
Trapfinding +2: +2 to Perception skill checks made to locate traps and to Disable Device skill checks. A Urban Ranger can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.
Combat Style Feat: Two-Handed Weapon Style.



Born the fourth son to Viggo Saied of House Saied, Andres was raised in luxury on the island of Vyre. Everything was provided for Andres, from tutors and servants to even his own whipping hafling. Despite House Saied owing fealty to House Jeggare, life was good for the young Andres.

Shortly after Andres turned sixteen, his father Conte Viggo Saied died from old age. Inheritance can be a rough thing for a fourth son of a minor house. Andre’s eldest brother Ellard assumed the title of Conte. The second eldest Franco was given control of the houses shipping fleet. The third eldest Jaque, was accepted as a acolyte for the Church of Asmodean in Egorian, with “donations” paid to ensure a swift promotion. For Andres however, he was given a commission within the Chelish Navy, and bought the title of Chevalier.

Despite living on an island for most of his life, Shipboard life was an experience that Andres was ill accustomed to. Gone were the days of luxury and leisure. Now the crack of the whip, hard disciple and fear were the watch words of the day. Suddenly the wool was torn away from Andres eyes and he began to see the desperate and pathetic lives that halflings spent living under the yoke of Asmodeus and House Thrune. And it was more than he could bear.

Two years ago when Andres ship the Hand of Thrune was docked in Corentyn the second mate of the Thrune Vayne Ardred killed a Halfling sailor that Andres had befriended. The rest of the senior officers were in the city, enjoying a port call and Andres snapped. He his grief and anger at seeing his friend killed he stabbed Vayne in the gut and left him on the main deck to die. Before he left, he unlocked the rest of the hafling slaves, told them to escape before lighting the Hand of Thrune on fire to cover his escape.

Since then Andres has been on the run moving along the coast, A year ago he reached Westcrown. Hoping that Westcrown was far enough away from Corentyn that he would evade notice; he decided to stop his flight. Since he arrived, he has tried to keep a low profile and settle down. Andres is not sure if the Dottari or House Thrune knows that he started the fire, but he dosen’t want to find out.

More recently Andres has learned that a man matching the description of Vayne has been seen around the south docks looking for Andres, and offering a reward for anyone with knowledge of his location.

Arche-Priest Jaque Saied de Vyre – Brother and Cleric of Asmodeus (Location: Unknown, last seen in Egorian) (Bald, with dark eyebrows and piercing eyes. Since seen last has reportedly been branded with a mark of Asmodeus on his neck. Tall and Gaunt in stature. 36 years old 6'3)

Larko – Male human sailor that Andres has been known to drink with in the past and share a sea stories or two.

Bingo Tealeaf – Male Halfling craftsman and a local contact with the Hafling Underground Railroad, that knows of Andres history in helping hafling slaves. (description: curley blond hair with green eyes. who's hand are constantly covered in ink from his work at the local news bill press, slim, 41 yrs old, 3’6)

Francis Tarker – Elderly Male Human, who is a retired thief, turned inventor. Andres landlord. (description: Long grey hair, blue eyes and walks with a cane that he is fond of gesturing with, 73 yrs old, 5’8.)

Vayne Ardred – Male Human, Officer of the Chelish Navy. Currently hunting Andres. (description: Short black hair, grey eyes, always in uniform. Fit and tall, 33 yrs old, 6’1.)
