Why do I have two aliases for this character?

Although his expertise lies more in the area of corpses than still living bodies, Anarath examines the injured kobold to see if he can determine the extent of its injuries - and how best to awaken it.

Anarath, Greis and Dohrlok are trying to wake / question the kobold.

Gawlak has just cast a healing spell on Greis, and was presumably going to do so on some of the other wounded cast members too - then help wake up the kobold if needs be.

Corvin was ruminating on the bad thing he did.

I know, its been a loooong time since I played a first level wizard (or sorcerer) - hence the Toughness feat, I was a bit worried about being downed in one hit in the first (and every) fight. Figured it kind of made sense for a Necromancer too (IIRC they had a high Con score as a requisite in 2nd edition).

I think that character v character conflict can be a very exciting part of the game. But there's a fine line, in almost all cases I find character v character COMBAT (particularly if killing is the intention) to be farily distateful. It usually ruins the game for me a little, unless there is a VERY good in character reason for it, and everyone is mature and respectful about it.
