Disfigured from birth with twin small humps on his back, Sasha grew up overcompensating by being on the verge of ingratiating (and wearing cloaks with cowls). His boyish good looks and kind disposition helped him through many difficult situations in his small backwards village. As his powers emerged he used them mostly for comfort and as party tricks, but when his heavenly fire severely burnt a bullying playmate he was in real danger of being lynched, and fled his home with only a few things he managed to grab, including his grandfather's sword. Although not much of a fighter he soon learnt that a hefty sword and a menacing stance could deflect many threatening situations. He's been begging and scrounging his way so far, but recently found his calling as an adventurer.
