Being from New Orleans, a city with a rich history of excellent cuisine, I enjoy good food and have several favorites. So, what are people's favorites? Home made or restaurant, it doesn't matter.

Red Beans & Rice (a traditional Monday dish) is my absolute favorite meal in the entire universe.

A good stew is always a pleasure.

There was a restaurant back home called Bozo's that had some of the best Chicken and Andouille Sausage gumbo I've ever had the privilege to eat.

I love Ben Kingsley, and think he's a terrific actor, so this fills me with some hope. I think he does villain very well. I also think he plays smart, scientist type well. All in all, an interesting move.

Greetings from the Land of the Rising Sun. I just noticed that my subject order for the Tome of Horrors Complete moved from Pending Orders to Order History. When I click on the order number link it says it shipped via standard postal delivery, but there is no date for when it shipped.

Do you have a date as to when it shipped? I'm out of the country at the moment and want to be sure to tell the missus when to expect the package.

Constitution Day (or Citizenship Day) is an American federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution and those who have become U.S. citizens. It is observed on September 17, the day the U.S. Constitutional Convention signed the Constitution in 1787.

So, happy National Constitution Day - one of the greatest political documents of all time, that helped shape one of the greatest countries of all time.

And a big congrats to all those wonderful people who have become U.S. citizens, thereby making this country even more awesome than it already was! And if you are doing so today, then DOUBLE AWESOME!!!

I've noticed a weird little Focus glitch lately. I'll Focus, but some of the troll threads I'm trying to do away with still show up. I hit the little button to "remove a dot and stop tracking posts in this thread", but it'll still show up. So then I sign out, sign back in, and Focus again, and this time it's gone.

No big problem, but I thought I'd let you know, cuz that's how I roll.

Not sure how the dirt got there, but it's there. Should I get it down? Could it spread? Would you suggest a mop, or perhaps a power washer?

My first things needed - the Diaper Genie is your friend.

My first step to be taken - make a list.

My first pearl of wisdom - poopy diapers aren't always that bad, but you might never look at mustard the same way again.

What's your favorite?

Mine is plain old boring French Vanilla.

They design all kinds of stuff: buildings, roads, sewage systems. Some of it they do a good job at. Some of it not so much.
