Sent in an email to customer service on Monday and just sent another reminder; figured I'd post here as well:

I just opened this package up on Monday and noticed that the GameMastery Guide has a noticeable "dent" on the bottom of the spine. There is no break in the skin, or white showing through, but the bottom of the spine has what appears to be a big "wrinkle" in it. I suspect it came from the printer like this as the box it came in was in excellent condition and none of the other items were damaged.

Would it be possible to get it replaced? If so, what is the process? As well, would you like this copy returned?

With the last couple of shipments I've received (USPS), I had at least one item arrive with some minor damage/nick/mar In some cases, it appears that the cardboard envelope hasn't been "full" and the items have been able to move around; in others, the envelope has been too full and some of the corners/edges got crushed.

Not sure if there is an easy or simple solution, but wanted to pass the comment along.
