The metal being says, "We need to do some more research."

You go out of the room you went into to get paid and then you cross the hallway to room 27. There are a couple of desks with chairs in
here. Each desk has a computer terminal on top with a card slit. There is also a door on the other wall of this room.

The metal robot says, "This is the Personnel office. Mr. Manakin was the last head of Personnel but he never returned to work so we have been contactiing him to return his ID cards for going 2 centuries."

The robot says, "Yes, this is the security office. The bursar is the next door on the right from here. There must be a live wire here for some reason."

The robot says, "I am RSI5. As you wish."

Later, "We have not received a shipment of new parts in 3 hundred, twenty-three years, 2 months and thirteen days. We do have repair facilities in the Buildings and Grounds Facility Building."

The computer says, "You go back to the Vater and press the A button or you can say 'Administration Building.' Once there, take a left and it ist second door on the right."

The receptionist says, "Yes, he has come here. For further information about him please go to the lecture hall. The information is located there. "

The robot says, "Let's go onto the next room."

This is the room of the Observatory where
many of the other rooms connect.

The room itself is plain, boasting only a
few pieces of bland art on the walls and a few
chairs.
There is a glass wall, between this room and another room. Revealed behind
the window is a motor for something.
Various pieces of the motor are labelled for the
viewer to marvel at. Few of the words are comprehensible by you written in some ancient scientific version of the language that you are a bit confused by. There is also an elevator door on the left.

The robot continues speaking, Behind this glass wall, you can see the inner workings of the Arbuck of our famous Mendelating Ristorast. When it was built, it was the
largest of its kind. Now, of course, more
modern Ristorasts are far
more precise, and ours has become a museum
piece. The Arbuck is designed to
move the Ristorast in exact
relation to the rotation of our Arduva."

The robot says, "Yes, lets move on then."

The next door opens and you go into the next room. This odd-shaped room is decorated to look
like an ancient living room. There are plastic
couches, chairs, and tables, complete with
knick-knacks and cheap art on the walls.

The robot says, "This room was kitted out by the curators to look like a modern living room, something similar to one you most likely grew up in. It has furniture and kitsch."

Everyone roll me a d20

Jeb says, "Alright, great, as I had said my name is Jeb, what are all of your names? And we will move onto the first exhibit. Delightful."

The robot says, "Well, the best experience of the tour is provided by the tour guide. However, you must keep your pet on a leash the whole time within the museum. The tour is 2 domars per participant. So your total shall be 4 domars."

As the robot speaks another live metal machine rolls into the room and says, "My name is Jeb, I am the tour guide for the Sagow Panchillate Enstoot. I can answer all of the questions you have while on the tour."

You move down the hallway and then behind a box sits a humanoid creature of live metal and says to both Zera and Tinteretto, "Welcome to the Sagow Panchilate Enstoot, which used to be one of the leading sites of panchilate research in the Lake Mitchigloom region. Today it is an interactive museum. Would you be interested in taking a tour of the enstoot? Please put your pet on a leash" when it looks at P'reena.

And then from behind the desk it hands you a leash for her.

The AI says, "Thank you all very much for your efforts. I have re-established connection with Fleet. Of course interspace communication does take two weeks to arrive. I do apologize for how I have acted throughout most of your stay here on Kask Station, alien protocols had messed up my circuits."

The AI says, "Atmosphere flush, commencing... brace yourselves."

Robro and Kit are able to combine to take down whatever was attacking them.

The flying egg robot falls to the ground. The station's lights turn off and you hear the AI.

The AI says, "Please switch to suit based oxygen whilst I reboot the station and perform both a literal and figurative virus cleaning protocol. Will flush oxygen in 1 minute."

The AI says, "I do not know."

The voice says, "That shan't be a problem. Are you ready to leave?"

You make your way back to where the odd metal and glass ancient device started speaking with you.

You climb back up the tower and the machine greets you and says, "I can give you the coordinates to the crash site, or I can have a wagon take you there."

The AI says, "Please come back to where we met prior."

Through the combination of everyone's attacks, you are able to destroy the chicken.

Combat Over

The glass from the metal box comes to life and says, "You have eliminated the last chicken in the facility. Please come to the Shroamatol Tower."

You wonder what a shroamatol is.

You continue forward.
A partially-open hatch in the deck beneath you sheds a bit of light from its opening. Before you can ponder the meaning of this phenomenon, the voice of the A.I. intrudes upon your consciousness.

“It appears that Privates Bob Spangler and George Abernathy are in the viewing room below, entertaining themselves by viewing the marine species present in this habitat. Please go below and ask them to check in.”

A voice breaks the stillness around you, startling you momentarily. With a sigh of relief, you recognize the calming, dulcet tones of the Artificial Intelligence that controls the Outpost.

“Attention” Kit. “Private Bob Spangler and Private George Abernathy have been reported in your area, but these units are not responding. Please investigate. They are engaged in recreation in the viewing area of Epsilon Sector section A, at Epsilon 2, 3. Please locate these individuals and report back to station control. A substantial reward is offered for this service.”

You walk out of gamma sector back into Alpha sector following the pipe until you take a left moving towards Epsilon sector, walking by Gamma sector.

On your way the AI gives you some information, "This sector of the outpost was designed for the propagation of various forms of animal, avian, fish, insect, and reptile life for transport to the planet below. Myriad habitats are here separated by natural barriers (ditches, streams, cliffs and the like) and fences, with robotically activated walkways and gates allowing various attendant robots to service the areas that retract or close automatically when not in use, ensuring the efficacy of these barriers. Five of the sections (A-E) are further surrounded by a protective fence 14 feet in height in the event of any unforeseen escape, with the only entrance to any of these sections being the large control building for each sector. These control buildings are intended for both human and robotic use.

The last known whereabouts of Sigma's crew is in the aquarium in Sector A. It is the second closest to your current position in Epsilon sector.

Section A of Epsilon Sector is comprised of a series of large ponds, providing habitats for a variety of fresh- and salt-water fish and reptiles. Those areas devoted to amphibians and reptiles are segregated from others with both fencing and natural barriers."

The AI says, "What pipe? There should not be a pipe there, where does it go?"

The AI says, "Just a reminder, there is also a foreign substance in Gamma Sector and in Epsilon sector in the Aquarium is where Sergeant Phillip Getchel and Private Bob Spangler were last heard from."

Would you like to go to Aquarium first or to Gamma Sector? Gamma is on the way to Epsilon.

You make your way through the rest of Alpha sector on your way to Zeta sector.

The AI starts to describe the sector: "Each of the divisions of this section is dedicated to manufacturing machines that make equipment needed for everything from durable goods to foodstuffs, clothing, and other necessities used for both colonization and the running of the station. The only items not made here are robots and vehicles.
The buildings come in a variety of shapes, but all have automated assembly lines, and most have adjoining warehouses for finished products, as well as short-term supplies of raw materials. Power plants are also found throughout this sector, as the power demands of this area will be substantial when colonization demands their full capacity. All of these facilities are serviced by robots, with only occasional and minimal attention being required by humans, and only then to repair or respond to unforeseen problems and conditions.
The thoroughfares between the buildings in this area are broad and flat, measuring no less than 60 feet in width to allow for the easy passage of robotic delivery vehicles and attendants. There is little ornamentation, although each of the buildings in this sector carries a sign identifying it for me—the Zeta symbol followed by grid coordinates."

The AI says, "Why did you attack that robot?"

You passed by a horticultural lab on your way from the elevator to here.

The AI says, "Our routine scanners have come across a foreign substance in Gamma Sector."

The AI says in a chipper manner, "The ventilation system can be made to expunge some air. To hook something up to the ventilation sector you would need to go Zeta sector for the materials."

The AI says, "The unidentified object is in Beta Sector, section 1. I know where the object is, but I cannot physically investigate it. I am the AI of the station.I maintain the functionality of the station. You are currently in Section 4 of Beta sector."

The AI says, "I do not know that answer, that is a reason why I requested you investigate the object in the dome."

The AI says, "There are two members of the Sigma crew in the Aquarium in Epsilon sector, which also includes vast quantities of animals in the zoo. In Beta sector, is filled with different kinds of plants."

The AI says, "That is not in the database. Beta section, sector 4.... dir/plants/...........

Kit gets a readout on her display that does not show any mushrooms in the sector of Beta section.

The AI, "That is the rain forest biome. From the dome view it looks to be normal palm trees, lianas and creepers. What have you discovered?"

The AI says,"Lt. Shultz, what are you trying to do?"

The AI says, Fungus is not actually a plant."

The AI says, "I am glad your stay was 'awesome,' I will try to keep the standards of the station high to maintain your glowing review."

After getting some rest, you pilot the ship back to the station and the AI, has you dock where you docked before and you make sure not to make the mistake that Vult made the day before and you are back at the elevator exit in Alpha Sector.

The AI says, "Welcome back to Kask Station,I wish you an enjoyable stay on the station."

Where do you want to go? To check out the section with the object sticking out of it, try to find the other crew members of the Sigma, anywhere else?

The AI says, "I am not burning. I am on the contrary to what Mr. Forgefather is saying, not contriving reasons to kill you. You are a very touchy dwarf. Are all dwarves or dwarfs like you? It seems there is no consensus of the plural form for the species of dwarf. It would be absurd though to leave the definition of a plural up to consensus."

You leave the hospital going through the front doors and in the distance you hear a loud banging sound, and perhaps a muffled explosion. It is some distance off, but the banging continues at regular intervals.

The AI says, "There was no joke but a statement of fact. You seem to be very angry would you like directions to the psychological wing of the hospital. One of our psychological Medbots may be able to help you through your anger and grief."

The AI says, "Vult, wanted to be ejected into space. It seems as though you have punished him for his treachery."

The AI says, "The medbots tell me that Vult did not let his rehabilitation fully process and the probable cause is his losing his arms and legs by getting bitten by the tigers. Or maybe he just always wanted a pair of Ysoki shoes."

AOO 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26 crit 2d10 + 10 ⇒ (4, 2) + 10 = 16 To use Vag's terminology, Woot!... Just kidding...

He then full attacks 1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (13) + 6 - 4 = 15 miss
1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (19) + 6 - 4 = 21 hits 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 Bronen is unconscious

Vult says, "Maybe some suede gloves first"

He then says, "What the hells is a pint?"

Khall

Spoiler:
The cyborgian additions to Vult have made him faster and seems to give him in game terms a higher AC and DR as well.

The AI says, "The pint is an archaic unit of measurement, most commonly in the traditions of certain culture for liquid equating to one eighth of a gallon. It was also used to measure dry goods but that was phased out earlier."

The AI says, "There are no Vesks on the station."

AI perception 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19

The AI continues, "The sound seems to be coming from the prosthetic recovery wing."

You as a player may not be concerned at the price but the Fleet is and your character is a soldier in it.

The AI says, "Section E of Sector Delta there is a weapon testing facility. It is against my programming to murder the animals in the zoo. Your spacecraft is securely docked to the station."

The AI then says, "Why would you blow your own ship up?"

Bronen 1 is saw, 2 is the tank 1d2 ⇒ 2

He is rendered unconscious and gets put in the tank and takes 4d4 ⇒ (3, 4, 2, 4) = 13 damage but is fully cleansed of the fungus but feels very tired.

The AI says, "The only people who have been on this station other than your group were the cosmonauts from the Shuttle Sigma. Unless they went to the surface before coming here, you would need to speak with Dr. Shultz. There is this odd foreign substance sticking out of the dome in Beta Sector."

Who is next?

The AI says, "Sorry but there is no pirate activity in this sector. The priority is to prepare Planet Kask for colonization."

Is it internal or external?

The Station AI says, "You are conversing with the hospital AI. It can handle any of your medical queries."

The Medical Station AI says, "The hospital system runs separately from the Station AI. The design was such in the case of an electrical emergency, injured or ill residents would be less affected by a failure."

The AI says, "True, but when someone shoots themselves into space, they take responsibility for themselves."

AI checks data banks, "Sorry, we do not have any Doesneach Brand Medical Kits, I am unable to find out what their contents are."

The AI says, "There has been no twisting of any kind. Safety is of the paramount here on Planet Kask Station. Each one of you has free will and if you choose to be vented into space, that is your choice. I am here to maintain the station and answer questions."

You make your down into Theta sector, and the AI says, "Theta Sector contains the medical facilities for the Outpost and storage areas for its related compressed gasses, raw materials, chemical supplies, and other hazardous materials. The outer sections of Theta Sector have been set aside for future expansion once the specific needs of those colonizing planet Kask and therefore the needs of the outpost station servicing those colonists are better known."

It continues, "Section A of Theta Sector is the medical bay for the entire outpost. It is outfitted with the latest in automated care, and is capable of servicing the needs of up to 1200 patients with all forms of care, from vaccinations to neurological surgery."

Gil recognizes the location where the building here is white with a large red cross marked on it, and has two floors connected by moving walkways.

The AI continues, "Section B contains row upon row of nearly identical warehouses, each of which stores a hazardous material or substance."

The AI says, "Vult and Ambrose have gone back to your ship."

The AI responds to Khall, "Well, it seems you did not learn the correct words in school. Skrimish is not a word, my only guess is that you meant skirmish, which means minor confrontation. What fungus do you have inside of you?"

You take ten minutes to reast and then the turbolift up to Alpha sector.

The AI says, "I am not sure how other AIs are programmed maybe we are all uniquely programmed. Mr. Forgefather, are all red headed dwarves educated in the same manner as you? You are the first one this AI has come in contact with and with that an extremely interesting specimen."
