Volunteers

The Pathfinder Society (PFS) is Paizo's worldwide-organized play campaign and supports the Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild (PFSRPG) and Pathfinder Adventure Card Guild (PFSACG). The Organized Play Coordinator (OPC) oversees PFS activities and manages a team of volunteers acting as on-the-ground coordinators and points of contact. The volunteer team is comprised of four levels of coordinators based on geography and number of participants. A Regional Venture-Coordinator (RVC) supervises a large section of the world. Venture-Captains (VC) manage a city, state, or country. Venture-Lieutenants (VL) support Venture-Captains in their assigned regions. Venture-Agents (VA) direct operations at one venue.

The Pathfinder Society Organized Play Campaign continually recruits new volunteers. Key qualities include supporting your community in a professional, positive, outgoing manner and in concordance with established Community Guidelines, being 18 years of age or older, willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Paizo Inc., and acting as a primary point of contact by publishing your email on paizo.com and local websites, in addition to job-specific duties. If you are interested in applying, read the job summaries below and select a level of volunteerism, then send your application to pathfindersociety@paizo.com. Please note that Regional Venture-Coordinators are selected from the ranks of current Venture-Captains, not by application.
