Get involved by volunteering to coordinate local events, or put your writing talent to the test by submitting a scenario idea. Events
Pathfinder Society Organized Play is one way to get involved in the world of Golarion. Scenarios can be played on a regular basis in game stores, but you can also find games at various conventions around the world. If you're interested in organizing Pathfinder Society events, whatever the venue, schedule it on our Events page!
Regional Coordinators
A regional coordinator is a local or regional organizer and point of contact for Pathfinder Society Organized Play. Regional coordinators are called "venture-captains" after their counterparts in the Pathfinder Society Campaign. We are always looking for new volunteers to become regional coordinators. How to Apply
Before applying, please read the download above thoroughly so that you understand what the requirements and expectations of a regional coordinator are. If you feel confident that you will be a valuable and likely regional coordinator candidate, send an email to pathfindersociety@paizo.com with the subject Pathfinder Society Regional Coordinator. In this email, please attach a copy of your normal employment resume in .doc, .txt, or .rtf format that includes your employment history, job skills, education, and anything else that displays a history of professional employment. Please ensure that your resume includes your physical mailing address, full legal name, phone number, and email address.
Also, include a separate document in .doc, .txt, or .rtf format that contains the following information:
- A detailed report on your involvement in Pathfinder Society Organized Play over the last two years.
- Details on conventions, events, game days, clubs, and so on that you have organized and run.
- Details on your roleplaying game history.
- List how many stars you currently have on your Pathfinder Society Organized Play GM rating.
- List your Pathfinder Society ID # and the email address associated with your paizo.com account.
- List any conventions, events, game days, clubs and so on that you plan to attend this year.
- Finally, detail two ideas that you haven't seen Paizo try that, in your opinion, will help grow Pathfinder Society Organized Play in your local area or region.
While you do not have to be a member of Pathfinder Society Organized Play to apply for this volunteer position, preference will be given to those who display a solid history of involvement with the Society.
Pathfinder Society Open Call
Do you have a great idea for a Pathfinder RPG adventure? Do you hope to one day see your name in print as the author of a fan-favorite Pathfinder product? Pathfinder Society Organized Play is currently conducting an ongoing open call for Pathfinder Society Quests, the perfect medium for you to show us what you’ve got! Paizo also uses this open call to find new talent for our other product lines—maybe that new talent is you!

In addition to your submission, you must include a signed copy of the Idea Submission Agreement (287 KB zip/pdf). Submissions received without this legal release will be rejected outright without review of the contents of the submission.
After your have submitted your Pathfinder Society Quest for consideration, please allow 72 hours for a response before resubmitting. Allow for more time on a holiday weekend (US bank holidays) or during or near major industry conventions.
We will read queries as quickly as possible and respond appropriately. Depending on submission volume and other factors, some submissions may wait several months in the review queue. If we receive one that meets our needs, we will likely give that author a contract and pay him or her for the adventure. If we receive one that we like or that shows potential but which isn’t quite there yet, we will likely ask that author to rewrite elements and resubmit for possible future publication. There is no guarantee at any point in this process that we will give you a contract and pay you for your work.
