RPG Superstar Top 4 Pathfinder Module Proposals Now Open for Public Vote

Paizo to publish winning proposal as a printed Pathfinder Module

RPG Superstar 2012's Top 4 finalists have posted their final-round Pathfinder Module outline submissions online for public votes, and the winning submission will be published as a 32-page Pathfinder Module next year! Celebrity judges Sean K Reynolds from Paizo, Necromancer Games president Clark Peterson, Goblinworks CEO Ryan Dancey, and RPG Superstar 2009 winner Neil Spicer have also posted extensive critiques and commentary on the four finalists' submissions. Paizo Publishing's Creative Director James Jacobs also evaluated each submission, giving voters insights into the actual decision-making process a standard Pathfinder Module proposal receives. Voting goes through April 2 on paizo.com, with the winning Pathfinder Module announced on Tuesday, April 3, 2012.

“Every year, I look forward to seeing what the top four RPG Superstar contestants come up with,” said Paizo Creative Director James Jacobs, “and this year, with a journey to Leng, a trip under the sea, a fight against a plague cult, and a village infested by aliens... I'm really torn as to which one I'm hoping wins! An excellent job by ALL four contestants!”

The Top 4 finalists for RPG Superstar 2012 and their winning entries to date are:

Steve Miller - Raleigh, NC
Rescue Under the Steaming Sea

James Olchak - Raleigh, NC
The Unsheathed Revolution
Tom Phillips - Fleming Island, FL
The Scarlet God

Mike Welham - Kernersville, NC
Doom Comes to Dustpawn

Final-round Pathfinder Module proposals and judge comments are now online and open for public comment and voting. Voting is open until April 2, 2012. Paizo will announce the winning Module proposal, and the champion of RPG Superstar 2012, on April 3, 2012.

The 2011 RPG Superstar champion module, Sam Zeitlin’s The Midnight Mirror, releases in April 2012.
