This has probably been asked before so sorry for not looking through the forum.
My question is since I just started subscribing will I ever get the back issues or will there always be new one?
For instance, I would like The Anubis Murders (Trade Paperback) to show up and surprise me someday. Will this ever happen?
If not, I'm not sure it makes sense that I can't pick which books I would like to receive since they are all the same price.
Thanks in advance.
Jim

the way it works is that the subscription sets you up to receive new volumes as they release. If you'd like one of the older volumes, simply add the book(s) to your sidecart and your subscriber discount will be applied automatically.

OK, what is a side cart? Feels like I'm getting closer to my answer.
Thanks Eric.

Thanks Eric.
Your sidecart appears after you have clicked on an item that you want. After that, you can either add more items or buy them at that point. Your discount, if you have any, will then be added when you check out. You can also adjust the quantity of the items that you want in the sidecard. For example, I want 5 sets of dice. I click on the button and it add the first szet to my sidecart. I then go to quantity and change it to 5 and then update the sidecart.
I hope that my explanation has helped. Welcome to the Paizo forumns. May you enjoy your stay.
edit - Top right hand corner. It says "Shopping Cart". That is your side cart. All items not bought and paid for appear there.

To prefix, I am not concerned with a discount at this point. I am looking for choice.
Thanks for the welcome. I am a huge fan of Pazio and have heard that I can get books cheaper from Amazon but I support you by using this site.
OK, In basic speak, point me to the place that explains how I can get past Planet Stories books as part of my ongoing subscription. Or, tell me that is not possible. If the later then I will just buy them outside of my subscription.
I understand the shopping cart concept. Still a little confused by the side cart concept. If that is how I can get past issues then I will figure it out.
Thanks,
Jim

If you click on 'my acccount' on the top of the page, you'll see about half way down on the right a window saying 'my sidecart'. If you preorder items, or select items to ship with your next subscription shipment, you will see items here. You will also see items here when paizo starts authorizing credit cards to send you your subscription shipment.
If you buy the back issues separately, on the shipping method selection screen, you can choose to hold the items for your next subscription shipment. If you do this, the items will show in your sidecart until the time that your next subscription shipment ships, and your items will go out with the subscription.
so to summerize - you can make past books ship with subscription orders, but you still need to buy them separately, as paizo has no way of knowing if you had picked up the past books at barnes and nobel or something like that, so won't charge you for something you may already have.

Thank you for the clarification and that makes sense as well. I'll just order past books along with the subscriptions.
