Will we ever find out what happens when we insert an ioun stone into a Wayfinder? In the Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting book it details the Wayfinder's powers and hints that combining an ioun stone with a Wayfinder can unlock new, mysterious powers. We now have access to both Wayfinders and an ioun stone. What happens? Should we e-mail Josh a scanned copy of our Chronicle Sheets where the items were purchased?
This information will be in the Seekers of Secrets Pathfinder Chronicles book that was supposed to be out in July but will more than likely be later in August (post GenCon). Sean gave me the rough text for this and I have been using it in my campaign for a few months. Fun stuff.

Such a tease ;)
Seriously, thanks for the reply.
I think you should have to buy a Wayfinder when you acquire 10 PA points. They should make it neccessary to get into the bathrooms at the Grand Lodge or something. Maybe have the meeting rooms magically shift around the building and if you don't have a Wayfinder you have to wait in the lobby until the PCs who bought one come find you and tell you about the mission...

LMAO! (Seriously...I mean, not literally...but seriously...LMAO!)
As I understand, in home games the Wayfinder/Ioun stone is a DM plot hook device. As for Pathfinder Society... dunno. I guess someone will have to sneak into Lisa's home game or something to find out.

Please don't give stalkers a *legitimate* reason to trespass on her property! :P
If my new Society character (has not played yet) manages to accomplish my goal of being an officially recognized Risen Guard for Osirion (Cheliax has its Hellknights), I am going to buy one of those, have a crystal or two mounted and celebrate!
