My player says he hasn't received credit for a mod I ran on 1/10/2010.

Its listed as completely reported - how can I check? Or, should I need to, how do I add him?

As the player in question, I'm also very interested if this can be fixed please :)

From where you see it listed as completely reported you can click on sessions. From there you can see if is reported correctly. Since it is probably not you have to figure out next if the number was entered wrong.

If it is entered wrong, I have found out from experience that after it is marked as completely reported you can add a player to the table. Do not try to delete or change anyones info or it will hose up the works. If you did a typo or your player had such terrible handwriting that you could not decipher it I would recommend just adding the correct info as an addition to the table. Leave the incorrect junk info there, it will just foul up things trying to remove it.

I tend to wait a month or more before clicking on completely done to avoid this kind of issue. I figure if they didn't care to notice that it was wrong for a month or more they are S.O.L if they want to get it changed. I also post a message to the yahoo group after reporting is complete so people know when to start looking.

Ok, I've figured out the problem. Apparently, if you simply click on the Mark the Event as Completely Reported without clicking on the Update button, none of the entered information gets saved.

This was quite painful to learn as now I've got some 7 or 8 sessions to go back to and report!
