Has this appeared in any publication yet? In case it has not, are there any plans for it? If not, say I wanted to make a character toward describing him as a Hellknight in training. What do you guys think would be the appropriate feats, traits, class progression? How about a Hellknight code of conduct? Would it even be feasible that the Hellknights be represented within the Pathfinder Society?
As I understand it, up until GenCon the only classes allowed in Organized Play are the ones from the WotC PHB. This is Season 0 and is considered the playtest of the rules. Once the Pathfinder RPG is released and Season 1 begins at Gencon then classes and PrC such as the Hellknight might be allowed. Understand I am in no way associated with Paizo so what I said is my opinion and not official. Perhaps Joshua Frosf might be persuaded to answer your question.
Paizo has been holding off on a HellKnight Prestige class, instead wanting to do it as a base class. No word on when that would show up - likeliest for a Prestige Class might be the Cheliax PF Companion book in August.

At the Grand Convocation at Paizocon, at least two members of the Cheliax faction were granted membership into the Hellknights. I know that one person (I can't remember who) was inducted into the Order of the Nail, and my character, Synestreth, became a Hellknight of the Order of the Scourge.
I am actually dying to know if anyone else has become a Hellknight. Just keep in mind that if it doesn't have F. Wesley Schneider's or James Sutter's signature on it, it doesn't count...
Hellknight, Order of the Nail. Right hand of the Paracountess's will.
All lands of Golarian shall serve Cheliax! By contract or by whip, it matters not. Gorum will blaze a trail of blood across those deemed too weak to rule.

Wes and James mentioned that the Hellknight PrC would appear in one of the supplementary articles in CoT, though I don't recall which book. As for whether it will be PFS legal, I don't know. It feels sort of counter-intuitive to be a member of both the Pathfinder Society and a Hellknight order, especially since one would have two possibly opposing masters and these split motives might lead to problems within PFS play. We also have no word yet on if anything other than core races/classes will ever be permitted in PFS, much less in the next year. There's no reason you couldn't have a Paladin, Fighter, or whatever and say they were in the Hellknights. It'd just be flavor, though, just as if you had a rogue and said they were a member of the Red Mantis who didn't wear the bug suit.
I don't see too much problem with Hellknight and Pathfinder. PFS already has the factions, so loyalties are already split. As long as Hellknight doesn't become a faction with assigned missions that go against the goals of the other factions and the general mission, what difference would it make?
If someone wanted to play it and be a jerk about it, well, they would likely be a jerk about what ever they play anyway.
I wouldn't mind seeing PrCs in PFS, but I think there should be clear responsibilities about it, such as new factions. Also, some limits, so people aren't just "dipping" which, to me, violates the whole concept and purpose of PrCs.

please dont take my roleplaying as being a jerk. I like to see friendly banter between players. But that should be as far as it goes.
It would be nice to see PrC in PFS but I wonder if it will be more like faction rewards. Being of some order may get you acess to a new item list but may also cause you grief in some senario down the road. Also, being a member may help diplomancy checks with similar orders.
It will be interesting which ever way they go with it.

lol no no no not you. I meant if someone playing a Hellknight wanted to be a jerk and go all lawful kill everything and pound other PCs into the dirt, and just in general make life miserable for other players by going psycho on the whole Hellknight thing. THOSE guys would be jerks no matter what they played.
I think playing a Hellknight in PFS would be rather cool actually.
That would be cheating... I am going to have to pay for the regeneration spell.
I did however get creative the day after the Vision quest in a module #24 Decline of Glory
Spoiler:
Leather bound the wrist to the grip of the sword, poured just enough of the contents over the leather to make it stick over my wrist to use my greatsword with a -4 penalty during the final encounter..
I was out of spells and turning attempts and we still had yet more ghouls to kill. The only advantage we had was the terrain, we bottlenecked the doors and let them rush in on us, taking held actions and using walls for cover.
Gorum laughed at our plight, but was pleased with the outcome.
