Here's the situation. I created a PFS character about a year ago for the Qadira faction that I never played and decided that I'd rather not play. Rather than having the slot just sitting out there wasted, I just reused the slot for the new character that I made at the start of season 1.
The problem is, that the new character belongs to the Andoran faction, not Qadira.
Problem 1: I cannot change the faction icon associated with the character slot, can an admin change it to Andoran?
Problem 2: My prestige awards was input incorrectly:

How do I get this fixed?
Unless you are obsessive-compulsive and knowing this information is not correct will keep you up at night, I suggest you not worry about it because it does not matter in the big picture.
The game is no longer a competition for points between the factions. You (the player) are running your own race. No Faction will gain or lose a benefit because your points weren't reported correctly. Your Chronicle sheets are the primary means of tracking your character's advancement. As long as the information written on your Chronicle sheets is accurate, no one is going to be interested in how your points were actually reported. In other words, Chronicle sheets trump online tracking.
When a GM reports a game, he/she types in your PFS# and if you registered (like you did last year) your character's name & faction will auto-populate the respective fields. The GM would have to be very meticulous to cross check the information. If it wasn't right he then he would have to wonder if the player filled out the tracking sheet correctly. Truthfully, the onus is on you to register your character accurately. You are not really wasting a slot when you start a new PC in Pathfinder Society. You can make as many as you like, it's not going to clutter the system up. But you are correct that once you add a Faction to a PFS#, you're stuck with it.
Josh has a huge job this week. He's entering hundreds of PaizoCon and GenCon sessions into the system. I'm sure there are going to be hundreds of errors that he will have to troubleshoot. I don't speak for anyone but myself, but my suggestion is that you live with the mistakes and not add to Josh's "To Do" list. The most important thing is that your GM reports the tables you play at so Paizo can get a sense of how PFS membership is growing and thriving.
I also want to congratulate you for surviving Hands of the Muted God with a 2nd level character. You had a kind GM.
