I can't find anything official concerning the weight of tiny-sized gear. Small-sized gear (excluding armor and weapons) weighs one quarter as much as medium-sized equipment, so is a reduction to tiny-size again one quarter down; i.e. 6.25% the weight of a medium-sized version?
I seem to remember reading something to the effect that tiny-sized gear weighs 10% of medium-sized equivalents, but I can't recall where I might have seen it; likely a 3.x source.
Extrapolating the current rules seems like a good idea, also because it kinda makes sense.
If medium -> small divides weight by 4, then medium -> tiny should divide by 16. Also kinda makes sense mathematically...if you assume a creature of a smaller size is about half the larger size, that means it has a mass 1/4 the larger (half height, half width)...at least as I understand things.
Well, not all gear is reduced for being small. Candles are the same size if you are a gnome or an elf. Just the things in the equipment list with a superscript 1 next to their weight.
In regards to down-sizing for tiny, I would continue to follow the "reduce by 75%" precedent of medium to small barring a source that specifies otherwise.
