I assume that the wood golem does not indeed have a 20 Con?
No, they have 25 CON. =]
Well, don't think it's as misprint. I can imagine a "living" wood guardian with leaves and maybe flowers that whenever get cutted it bleeds sap.
Or it's just as misprint.
