What's the point of this talent? It overlaps with Combat Trick talent.
With both you can get Finesse Feat.

Probably an oversight, most likely to give rogues something to look at without wondering "is weapon finesse a combat feat?"

But you can select each Rogue Talent only once.
Ok, good point. I thought Combat Trick could be selected more than once.
