Hi all,
I'm a D&D player from way back... first got into the hobby with the red boxed basic set circa '83 or so, then on into AD&D 1e, 2e, 3e, etc etc.
Alas, I sort of fell away from the gaming world for a while right around the time 3.5 came out. I kept my finger on the pulse of the gaming world though, and when White Wolf's New World of Darkness came out, it brought me back. Then last summer we had the 4th edition of the game that started it all for me in the first place, buuuut.... sadly, it just doesnt work for me.
But yay for Pathfinder!
So my question is this... where can I find more prestige classes aside from the ones in the corebook? Prestige classes were a customisation element from 3e that I really liked(although I was always wary of them for fear of creating a glut in the character environment if you know what I mean).
Please accept my apolgies if this topic has already been covered, it means that I didnt search hard enough.

There are several in the Pathfinder Campaign Setting and others scattered through the Pathfinder Chronicles and Companion books.
The Qadira book for example has a prestige class that befriends the Genie races instead of enslaving them.

Well, 3.X is a good place to look. PF is meant to be backwards compatible, after all. Even if you don't have many sourcebooks, Wizards has quite a bit of free stuff on tap through book samples. And this is a good compilation of the free stuff.

As Weylin said, there are a number scattered through Paizo products, BUT as far as I know the only Prestige classes Paizo have released to date since the PFRPG came out in August are the 10 level Genie Friend (Daivrat) prestige class for spell-casters in the Qadira book, and a three level (Inheritor's Crusader) mini prestige-class for followers of Iomedae in Pathfinder #26.
Anything else will either need conversion or falls outside of my current knowledge, although I expect more prestige classes written for the PFRPG rules will release in the near future....
Edit:
I think 'Seekers of Secrets' has prestige classes in, but as I do not own a copy I am a bit unsure on the date this product released, and if it was written for PFRPG rules or not.
Further Edit:
Prestige classes tend to be scattered through Chronicles products that detail Paizo's homeworld, Golarion, the Campaign Setting having the largest single concentration of these, although the Pathfinder Chronicler was updated and included in the Core Rulebook for PFRPG.
Occasionally prestige classes pop up in Pathfinder adventure paths, too, though, amongst the articles at the back of the publications.

Seekers of Secrets has three PFRPG prestige classes in it, and Book of the Damned 1 has another.
