Hi!!! Fist of all welcome everybody I'm new in this forum!!! After this my question:
Recently our Rogue has died an was the only who could disable traps. I have a 4º level druid and I'm thinking to multiclass with ninja, to gain the CA bonus and obtain disable traps (magical too) and her other abilities. Is this good or is it better to follow the normal grow of the druid??? I think that the druid CA in wildshape is weak and in this way I "lose" a level of druid but I obtain the abilities I told (and others). It's my best alternative to monk multiclass because ninja habilities are better in my situation... My caracteristics are:
(Halforc)
Feats Improved Initiative and Extend Spell
Str 18
Dex 16
Con 15
Int 16
Wis 20
Car 13
And habilities I remember... my master have my sheet... XD
If you're looking at the +5 AC due to 20 WIS, remember that means wearing NO ARMOR. Also a Ninja's 'Sudden Strike' is MUCH more difficult to use than a Rogues 'Sneak Attack'.
A Scout also gets 'Disable Device' and would get you an extra 1d6 damage whenever you move more than 10 feet in combat. My favorite thing to use with a Scout is the 'Powerful Charge' Feat which gets you another 1d8 when you charge.

Yes the Scout is ok but if I sacrifice a level of spellcaster my first objective is to gain the CA wisdom bonus. Except os this, I obtain a pure 7 on stealth plus the hability points of the new level because I won't wear armor. And don't forget disable device and the Sudden Strike, less important for me but useful because I will go at the head of group exploring and using my stealth ^^.
But again I will regret this multiclass change in the upper levels of my druid? Maintain the druid class and fill the weaknesses of disable device with spells or take the ninja multiclass? My other option could be monk to get de AC bonus, but I don't obtain disable device and I don't see the advantage of one level of flurry of bows...
PD: I will question my master to get the powerful charge feat. It could be a very good combination with wildshape ^^(large, huge animals...)
Nothing beats spells from a pure power stand point. A non caster should pick up a trapfinding class to pick up for the dead character at they can syngergize better then a caster.

No, no. Now I'm wearing armor. I have a hire armor and a light shield with a total AC of 18. But if I choose the ninja level, I can take of all the armor and I get a 18 too but with the two hands free and with no penalties in stealth. And of course I will be able to add the +5 armor bonus in wild shape to total of 20.(medium size)In other way I only get an AC of 15. But I don't now if in upper levels I'll regret this... this is my dilema...
And in the group I'm the character with best perception and survival (12,14), this is why I have planned this option and get the AC bonus too.
I have calculated if I chose the ninja level I would have a 11 in disable traps and a 10 of stealth at maximum of my 5º level. The +2 on reflex and will saves is a plus too and the +3 base bonus on ninja habilities like acrobatics is a good point for example if I want to take it. In this way I'll focus my druid in a melee druid I supose.

Barring a houserule...or an offical clarification...by RAW you get to keep your shield bonus while wildshaped/polymorphed now. So having a shield is actually not a bad thing. In fact the druids can fairly abuse heavy shield because of this and natural spell. If your DM allows wild armor, you will definitely regret the choice at higher levels...but otherwise...well it depends on how much of a melee druid you wanna be. A 1 level dip maybe okay if you intend on being a melee druid...but once again that is if wild armor is not available.

Well, I only apply the armor in wildshape if it's a wild one yes. But if I get the ninja level I'll stack the wisdom AC bonus and the wild armor bonus because the armor is obsorbed in wildshape. Isn't it??? And to get a wild armor I have to have a higher level no? I think it's so expensive.
And another point, with the AC wisdom bonus, if I can augment my wisdom bonus with a wisdom band and others I'll get a double benefit. I will get a bonus on spells for day and a bonus on my CA...
Upping wisdom does give you extra ac...but wild dragonhide full plate +5 is 14 ac...with +1 for dex. Since you have 16 dex, that means you need +12 wisdom mod before you can make up for that armor. Umm good luck with that.
Fairly certain that wild armor and the ninja AC bonus doesn´t stack.

Are you sure AC wisdom bonus and wild armor donesn't stack??? Wild armor is another type of bonus... If you compare barskin and amulet of natural armor I agree because booth are enhacement, but not the other bonuses. In this way in upper level I will be able to stack wisdom and armor bonus on wildshape. My master permit it to me. In other way multiclassing druid in monk/ninja is a nonsense because you can solve the AC druid problem in high levels.
And about dragonhide full plate you are talking at level... 18 or lower?
The dragonhide full plate you can get pretty early. Level 3-5 range. The wild enchantment should be within a level or two after that...getting it to be +5, that´s a bit higher...but definitely before level 18.
It´s not a matter of the bonus being different, it´s a matter of if you are considered to be wearing the armor. As ALL effects of the armor is in effect while wildshaped and using wild armor. And yes, that means you can´t dip for massive amounts of AC...the druid had quite enough cheese in 3.5 without that.
