I have a character idea for a half-orc druid. He grew up living in the dumps and refuse heaps of Korvosa.
I was wondering if you had any suggestions for what traits, skills, animal companion and feats I should take.
For stats maybe wis, str, con, int, dex, cha?
I was think Str as the next stat as I could take advantage of the falchion.
I was thinking of taking the traits vagabond child and dump salvager.
Maybe a dog as a companion as that would attract less attention.

There is an Urban Druid class in Dragon Compendium.

Sounds pretty solid...or a dire rat companion, seeing as you lived in dumps and possibly have been in sewers as well. Can a druid use a falchion without violating oath? Don't have my rule book on hand and too lazy to check the SRD :)
Whilst many will probably disagree, how about a level of rogue thrown in...makes sense for someone who grew up on the streets and sneak attack when you have an animal companion isn't bad. But perhaps it takes away too much from the druid, I don't know...
