In perpetration for an upcoming adventure I worked up this conversion of the Cacodaemon from the Tome of Horros. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated. Otherwise, enjoy!

It can assume a new form as a standard action or return to its own as a free action.

Hey Deinol!
First off, I'm a big fan of the Tome of Horrors line. In fact, I just dug my books out to do some conversions of my own for my homebrew as well.
Keep in mind, I'm no expert but a couple things I noticed.
Shouldn't the HD be d10 for outsiders?
I'm getting +6 for the Will save. (2--Wis, 4--bad save for HD 12)
Not that's its a big deal but if he wanted to, the Cacodaemon could attack with his sword and a claw during a full attack. I think that claw would be at +15. I don't know how you would write it in the stat blocks since PF doesn't use the full attack line anymore (theres no need too) but it would help to save from remembering the -5 for the claw because it becomes a secondary attack.
Thoughts?
Other than that. Very very cool.

Good call, yes. That brings it more in line with the expected HP for a CR 12.

That is a legitimate way to do it, yes. I decided to give it all good save progression because the expected poor saves for a CR 12 is listed as 11.

Good point. I'm not sure how you are supposed to handle that in the new PF statblock. I figure if anyone is going to bother with the claw, they'd use both to try and get the rend in.
Glad you like it!
