So I just realized something. Switching to PFRPG I lose scimitar proficiency. While this isn't the biggest deal in the world, (haven't actually used it in combat) however that makes arcane strike pretty pointless.
So should I re assign the feat in a little retooling?

I did something similar yesterday.
Divel is now a 3rd level rogue but he has lost the rogue talent of minor magic. Simply put he used to be able to work out all the magic items but now he can't, needs someone with a good Spellcraft skill. Gems and jewellery are a different matter, he can still Appraise them.
And now dwarves can spot passively secret doors within 10ft, not elves.

Excellent Larcifer! I am happy to see you here again on the boards. I will have to dust off our Appalachee Jihad game, as I had it on hold when you and K were absent

Yes. Do what you have to do to make the character make sense under the new rules. We knew this would probably be the case as the final version came in.

Wolf the rules on elves still appliy with regard to secret doors it's just you now get an automatic perdeption roll to see one in stead of having to actively declare a search..there was a thread on this point but without search i can't find it again.

You need to be an elf to find it. I'll give by book another going over later tomorrow. Thanks Wellard.
Must be off, its beach time followed by a wedding anniversary meal.

ok all done save HP which I can not recall how we did. As for the money I invested In a MW longsword and 2 clw potions the rest can go to the money pool.

I think we did doulbe at 1st level then max regular for the other levels. Am I remembering that right?
|

that would explain 29 at 2nd level

Roota has already bought a wand of clw for 750 gold so that is a good start.
So far we have an additional 660 gold in the pot.
DM - stop me if I am being too fly here but Merzhan can use a wand of invisibility (lets get one made by a wizard, they are cheaper) so if we get one with 4 charges for 360 gold then that is Roota covered and then some.
The other 300 gold gets us another wand of clw with 20 charges from the Temple of Sarenrae. How does that sound? Ingrahild or Roota can use that one.
If any of the other PCs want to chip in then I suggest that money goes on potons of clw for the fighters etc.
Cheers

I'll point out that Sondergang just bought a wand of CLW for himself...two fully charged should be sufficient..and lets the clerics concentrate on buffs
he also added 100 GP to the pot...we might want to think about more charges in that wand of invisibility...oh and he bought a mule and a pack saddle

OK, I think it's time to move out to the action phase. A few questions:
1. Would you folks like to adventure in Golarion? It would probably take a bit of retrofitting, but the world is open and new, and I think I have about everything relating to it. I did a little investigating and the Five Kings Mountain area makes the most sense if we try to keep the geography similar. There is a big mountain range with a dwarf presence and a big forest to the east, much as my 'homebrew'. Now, I am just as happy freestyling, I have more directorial control that way, but I know a lot of people are excited about exploring Golarion, so I will leave the descision to you guys.
2. Wellard, you staying on? I know you said you were thinking of entering a Council of Theives PbP, I didn't know what the status was. I'll be very happy if you stay, but if you want to still go that's fine as well. Just let me know.

Wellard is fishing for a DM. Not sure if he has caught one yet.
BTW I totally agree with not giving out your email to start a campaign with someone you don't know well, Wellard. Good for you.

So that's 760 gold. Merzhan gets a wand of invisibility (5 charges, 450gp), an everburning torch (110gp) and four potions of cure light wounds (200gp), just in case. The potions should be spread around so that if someone needs a quick fix, the clerics and druid aren't the only ones who use them. I suggest Navorn, Divel, Merzhan and one other, Svetla (is she keep onboard?). Maybe Merzhan can carry the torch too?

Not bothered by Golarion. Got some stuff but no time to immerse myself in it. Happy to follow the herd on this one.

It's funny, both those characters spent time in the World Serpent Inn, as did my Modron Olli, who is also shelved now. Coincedence? I think not ....
EDIT: FW: Don't delete your icky kobold just yet. I may have a spot for him in my Silver Rose game one day if you are interested ..

Svetla purchased 8 potions of CLW & 4-5 vials of anti-toxin.

Right KissMeDarkly, then Merzhan can have two.
I'd like that Pat, Serpico is a fun PC, but it will be a case of fitting all these games in (starting a new one today as a DM).

Oh no worries. I was just saying keep him about. You never know when you might have an opening in your schedule, and my game is always playing musical chairs. Plus, there is already an established Kobold crime syndicate in the game, so writing a backstory would be easy...

No worries. We are trying hard to reboot Appalachee Jihad. I know you are doing a lot of writing right now, but keep me posted. I'm DMPCing the three characters you have in my games ATM.

Just so everyone knows, I'm running three days of games at my house starting tomorrow, so my ability to post will be pretty cut down. Then it's a weeks holiday doing DIY and the like but that shouldn't slow me down too much.
Apologies but I'll try to keep tabs on the game.

I'll be losing internet access later this month, so if Root happens to die an awesome and cinematic death in the near future, that would be cool!
I'll keep posting until that happens or until I have to stop.

Well, you are facing a nasty devilspawn bigfoot mano-y-mano ATM, so lets see what happens! LOL
Conversely, we can have him drop out at Lumberton and when you regain Internet access we can readd him if you wish. Root is a fun addition to the party group and I will be sorry to see him (and you!) go :(
