Running this campaign and enjoying to convert/build NPCs as I do, I started converting each of these adventures' NPCs/monsters as we progressed. I have a document for the first one (Howl of the Carrion King) but it was made before the Bestiary came out and has a number of small mistakes. It is also unfinished.
I am proud to say, however, that I just completed the one for House of the Beast with my group only one session in. I am sharing this for all to make use of, and am confident that my conversions are 99.99% accurate (I can be pretty OCD when it comes to stat blocks). If you do happen to find a problem or have a question, please let me know.
I will start working on the next one shortly, and should eventually have all of them up. I'll link them in this thread as I progress. I don't have much formatting on them, but I try to keep it clean. Each NPC/monster has its own page, and they are ordered the same as they are found in the adventure. Monsters/NPCs found in the main adventure listed first (including monsters that were in the 3.5 Monster Manual but not in the Bestiary), then monsters/NPCs from the Set Piece, and lastly monsters from the Bestiary that are used in the adventure. This format is not used in my first doc for HotCK, that one includes me trying to include a lot of the Bestiary symbols (which I eventually gave up on) and has a lot more notes added in (which I did not do that much with the second one).
If it wasn't evident already, I'm much happier with HotB's conversions, which I consider to be complete, but I will share HotCK's anyways.
Howl of the Carrion King - PRPG - Unfinished, lots of guess work (did this before the Bestiary was released), so there will be multiple errors, and a weird formatting that I later changed House of the Beast - PRPG - Complete, very happy with this one
As a side note, I converted most of the 'monstrous' vermin types using a different method than the 'creature advancing' method suggested in the Bestiary. Basically I just looked at the old 3.5 monsters, how much their stats increased between Medium and Whatever, then took the creature from the Bestiary and increased its stats the same amount. A lot of creatures, like the Huge Snake, only go up +8 in STR from Medium to Huge, where the Bestiary would have it be +16. Craziness. :)
Anyhow, enjoy!

Not a problem, I am working on the third one right now and will throw up a link for it when I am finished with it. :)

Also, to clarify one thing, perceptive readers will note that a lot of the NPCs with just class levels did not have their CR lowered as per the new PRPG system. I did this for a couple reasons, after thinking it over a bit and shooting an email to Mr. Jacobs.
First, the modules are built with a certain number of creatures, and each with a certain amount of experience. To lower the CR to compensate for the new rules would mean that the PCs wouldn't get as much experience, would need more enemies, and would overall require more work.
Second, the NPCs still definitely provide a challenge. Maybe not as much as they did in 3.5, but my group (with 5 players) has definitely been on the line of a TPK numerous times, so 'leveling up' each of the class level NPCs to match their old CR would likely be too powerful for the groups.
You may find different mileage with your own groups. In any case, I just wanted to explain that the "Class levels = CR" in these documents is by design.
Over at d20pfsrd I (and others) have been working on converting Paizo's 3.5e monsters. I didn't know you were doing this, or else I would've saved myself some effort... :)
Anyway, I'm almost done with re-doing HotCK now that the Bestiary is out, and some monsters from HotB and TJP have been done, though they were done without the Bestiary and so should be considered 'beta'.
I was wondering if you would be interested in putting up your conversions there? Or allowing me to do so? And if you plan on continuing these conversions, I'll start working on a different conversion project. Thanks!

Not a problem, you're welcome to put any of them up there that you like. As I mentioned above, my HotCK ones should be considered beta as well, having been done before the Bestiary. The ones from HotB should be pretty near perfect though (I may be off on a few CRs since I didn't change them entirely, see above), and I am working through the 3rd adventure right now. The only monsters I haven't been bothering with are ones in each Bestiary that don't appear in the actual adventure (although they may in random wilderness encounters), just fyi.

Well we had a long break over the holidays, but I finally got back to work on these and finished up book 3.
Did everything I could find this time around. Main story, set piece, and the full bestiary. Even monsters not completely statted out in the new PRPG Bestiary should be included (like the Ettin Skeleton).
As always, if anyone finds a problem I'd appreciate it if you let me know. I'm off to get working on book 4's conversion.
Thank you so much! We're starting with the Jackals price tomorrow and I can't thank you enough :D

Quick note: I did not realize at the time of writing the last few that NPCs got favored class bonuses like normal PCs (only for class levels though, not monstrous HD).
I will likely go back and fix them later, working on #4 now, but for the time being if you plan on using them I suggest adding a number of hit points or skill points to each NPC/monster with class levels equal to the levels in their class (or a single class, if multi-classed). For example:
Spoiler:
Father Jackal, the fighter 4/rogue 4 jackalwere, should get +4 hp or +4 skill points.
When I go back and fix them, I will likely give most of them all their favored class bonus in HP. With the new skill system I don't think I actually was want for skill points in any NPC to make them like their 3.5 counterpart, to the contrary I usually had to pick extra skills for them.

Everything should be accurate here. Favored class bonuses included this time. Enjoy!
One thing about the update of the "ghostlight" special ability for Venema Shodair and her skeletons:
In PFRPG there is no "miss chance" for incorporeality - it should be "inflicts full damage on incorporeal creatures," perhaps with the added note "with physical or magical attacks."
Also, clicking on the link for "main adventure" in the document brings me to the "Nexian Galley" page in your monster stat blocks.

Good point on the incorporeality thing, I overlooked that. As for the link, that's accurate. The first 'monster' in the main adventure to update is indeed the Nexian Galley and the Galley Captain or whatever early on in the adventure (pg. 10). The only Animated Object given stats in the new Bestiary is the medium sized one, so I added the stats for those two in my doc to make things easy. Same reason the hydra is there. If a monster is called for that may have been in the original 3.5 Monster Manual but isn't in the new Bestiary, I always include it in the conversion doc.
Anyhow, I fixed the Ghostlight bit, so all should be well now.
