hello folks,
I was looking at the new gamemastery guide and I found (page 211) a list of 100 city locations. Some of them are, of course, in the famous "build your kingdom" chapter, and some aren't.
Do you plan to give us their values ? Obviously the authors knew about the kingdom making (the settlement chapter is full of referencies about it)
Well some of the buildings are obvious equivalents to buildings covered by the rules. For example, Church, Convent and Monastery could use the same rules as Temple.
But even then, there are some interesting buildings left.

The kingdom building rules in Kingmaker and the urban rules in GameMastery Guide may have some similarities because I was the one who wrote both of them.
At this time, we have no plans to expand the building list from Kingmaker's city-building rules. That article is and always was intended to be a self-contained article that presented an unusual but hopefully fun way to build cities—it's not a method that everyone will want to follow because it's REALLY a slow way to build a city. It's also not all that realistic a way to design a city, since it oversimplifies a lot of stuff.
All that said, there's always a chance that we'll revise and expand the kingdom building and city building rules from Kingmaker in a hardcover book or other book sometime in the future.

I understand that the new GMG shouldn't give more information for the kingmaker campaign... I was only hopping that you would give them here somewere :-)
I guess we will, then, have to do the math for those who are interrested in ;-)
As Zen79 prefectly point out, it should'nt be so hard as some buildings are similar to those we already have.
+1 for a Paizo urban adventures book. With expanded settlement rules, city statblocks, rules for legal systems and even more NPCs. Please do, please really do it, Cityscape was disappointing as hell and I love urban campaigns. Pretty please ?

Agreed, we need something more in-depth then just maps when it comes to cities.
