I just suddenly realised: We need a Grow Tentacles spell.

Let me rephrase that: We need the church of Calistria to reveal their [Tentacle] spells to the rest of the world.

One of Calistria's planar allies is a "hypersexualized chaos beast." What, other than tentacles, are we supposed to think about that, eh? ^.^

Great. Now I'm really trying not to think about a hypersexualized chaos breast. I don't want to think about it. But if I have to, I would say that, going beyond tentacles, a hypersexualized chaos beast might have more suggestive orifices. And eyestalk tentacles. Because having an eye on the end of a tentacle is weird. Having an eye on the end of a hypersexualized tentacle is weirder. Of course Chaos Beasts are actually always changing, so it could have all of this one second and the next none of it. Occasionally it may even have the complete upper or lower torso of a humanoid for a moment or two, but then it's gone.

OK, I'm not going to think about Chaos Beasts anymore, hypersexualized or otherwise. Head hurts.

So, when it tentacle rapes someone they turn into a tentacle-raping chaos beast...

I think the end of Golarion was just felt. Everything collapses into hypersexualized chaos beasts through a grand planet-wide orgy of tentacles, orifices, chaos, and lube.

Maybe it's made just enough copies of itself for every big temple to have one. That way during some annual festival every temple can indulge in a massive orgy of pure chaos without the turning of people into chaos beasts. No, turning into the chaos beast is an honor bestowed on select few...

It is a planar ally, maybe it just gets teleported around. That way every temple has one, there's one in every temple, and yet there exists only one.

A chaos beast is chaotic, maybe every temple of Calistra holds their Festival of the Chaos Orgy on a different day at a different time. And after each orgy the chaos beast just gets zapped to a different temple for their festival. Pass the beast for the Orgy Eternal.

It obviously is one big creature, out there in limbo, about twice as large as the material plane, who only manifests appendages here.

Only if they don't like making out with other chaos beasts. Probably go either way. Maybe they prefer chaos beasts to inferior species, who just don't know how to please a chaos beast.

So they just want to increase the fun - for everyone.

So after a few mad dreams and a few more tentacles Iomedae gave her wayward cleric an ultimatum. Poor cleric has to give up the tentacles through an Atonement conveniently placed after the AP is over or lose her power ('poor cleric' is 13th level).

I guess that's what she gets for trying to defend herself in a Contact Other Plane to Iomedae with the excuse "But Dagon seemed so nice..."

I give the odds of a radical alignment change plus Atonement into Dagon's favor at 60-40. For.

jajajajaja

well as in my land would say "lo bailado ya nadie se lo quita" (bad translation, she enjoyed herself... no one can't take that from her...)

but yes... it was in due time the ultimatum... let the character decide if she wants to continue with Iomedae or just turn into a priestess of the Deep One... she might be the enemy for the next game villianess

gah!!! and now the phrase "go forth and destroy them, my children" convey a new and painful in my head meaning

It's not late if the game and therefore the question is still going on.

And that's why somewhere in the Abyss there is a plane made entirely of tentacles. And if there wasn't then there is now.

100 Freud Points for you and the OP each!

Susan Draconis,

I'm cashing in those Freud points. Not for cigars or tentacles or creepy memories of my father but for a brainstorm. I have something like two days to come up with what Dagon would want and offer our poor cleric in exchange for her fealty.

New background: Poor Cleric (now 15th level) was told she'd have to listen to two arguments, one from the Voice of Iomedae, one from the Voice of Dagon. Iomedae demands Poor Cleric give up Dagon through Atonement, which in her case will involve (tagged for the squeamish, consider yourself warned)

Spoiler:
Poor Cleric flaying off her own skin to remove the 'gift' Dagon had given her: a piece of his own skin which has since bonded with her own to give her Water Breathing and some basic resistances a number of rounds per day.
Because such a powerful cleric of the Inheritor having demonic taint like that just isn't done.

Now I need to come up with what Dagon wants. Thoughts?

besides her full devotion?
sacrifices
Dagon always askes for sacrifies
be it an innocent, a child or a town... maybe IT (Dagon simply is beyond sex situations) wants her to corrupt another cleric of her Faith...

whatever IT ask if she goe with it she will lose forever Iomedae's favor and quite possibly become an enemy of the faith... practically she will become a blackguard or a dark pristess of the Deep One.

The sword is intelligent. It is making its displeasure (and fear) known. But it does understand that its other three options are a self-centered NE rogue who has and is trafficking in souls, a CN ranger/cleric of Lamashtu, and the iconic CG Lem with his wisdom of 8. The falling cleric of Iomedae isn't in its best interests in terms of continuing existence but is in its best interests of carrying out its goals of defeating the minions of Kazavon and Zon-Kuthon.

So Poor Cleric is its best choice in getting things done. She's not the worst choice in surviving this but still the sword has been in contact with its creator and will be trying to summon a trumpet archon the moment its duty is finished. And then I give Poor Cleric a chance to run like heck.
