The blog post indicates that GMs will get $10 per slot to spend at the sales booth.
Seems like the GM swag was a little better than a simple $10 store credit last year. You didn't get the choice in what you got but there was a solid goody bag. I recall a couple map packs and a set of cards? Even the $10 store credit is great, no complaint here.

The swag was something that everybody got who attended Paizocon last year and had nothing to do with being a GM. There will be a swag bag again this year.

The Con swag was awesome. But I was thinking about the GM specific stuff which was icing on the swag cake ;)
I would volunteer without it but it was definitely nice.
