For instance there are some feat that allow multi-classer the ability to increase their caster levels. So is the Bloodline power based on Sorcerer Levels or Caster Levels?

Hey good question!

I would vote pretty strongly for it being Sorcerer levels, since it's, yanno, the source of thier magic rather than how well they use that magic.

Actually - now that I think about it... Arcane clearly states that wizard levels stack into the caster levels, so I would guess that means the others don't.
