Ultimate Goal: stat my sorc with Elemental Body 4 - Air.
Page 159 says, regarding polymorph: If a polymorph spell causes you to change size, apply the size modifiers appropriately, changing your armor class, attack bonus, combat maneuver bonus, and Stealth skill modifiers. You ability scores are not modified by this change unless noted by the spell.
Searching for "Size Modifier", I found that Page 132 lists the attack modifiers, and Page 151 has the "special" size modifiers for CMB (does that mean there's a normal, not-special modifier someplace?)
Searching for "Size Category" turned up stealth in the skills section on page 74.
Use the modifiers in Table 9-1 for both attacks and AC. Note that the attack modifier applies to the size of the attacker, not the defender.
Some examples:
Ogre attacking human: the ogre gets a -1 to his attack roll because he is Large, for a net disadvantage of -1.
Ogre attacking gnome: the ogre gets a -1 to his attack roll, and the gnome gets a +1 to his AC, for a net disadvantage of -2 to the ogre.
Gnome attacking halfling: the gnome gets a +1 to his attack roll, and the halfling, who is the same size, gets a +1 to his AC, and the two modifiers cancel each other out.
