Bulmahn was discussing it last night on the Paizo chat. I believe it was suppose to be up today. Since I haven't seen it yet, but I am guessing the current estimate is "soon."

Erik Mona said on the Tome show from Monday (I think) that it would be about two weeks. Don't know when exactly that was recorded, though.

Last night Jason said there would be a 1.1 up today basically some fixes to alpha 1 integrated onto the document and a 4 page document with all the changes so far. As far as alpha 2 I believe he said we were still a couple of weeks out from seeing it. Hope this helps.

Considering it is not yet noon where Paizo is located, I would give 'em some extra time if that's true :)
There are two answers to this question. There will be a revision to release 1 that goes up very soon. Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement. This revision contains all of the development notes pulled from the current feedback forums, along with some changes we took to balance a few things out. These notes will also be released as a pdf, highlighting the specific changes (it is much shorter than the entire document).
The second answer is a little bit harder to codify. Alpha release 2 of the Pathfinder RPG will be posted up as soon as possible. Right now, I cannot give a firm date on this release, but it is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of about two to three weeks away.
yes its tough to wait 2 or 3 weeks i want it now i try to put the new rules in place but its not all the player who want to play the 4 first class i have experiment players and they have for now ranger paladin character
