I am very happy to see bards finally get this ability. I also think the performance for this power should include (oratory) for those smack-talking bards.
Is it meant to allow no saving throw or is this an error?
It should be stated what kind of effect it is to answer
questions like "Are undead affected?" for example...
... it's almost certainly a mind-affecting enchantment,
or is it?
Other supernatural abilities don't have this info either?
What am I missing?
Does DoD stack with itself?
(The way it's written, it could be the case)
If yes, it's overpowered IMO.
Two rounds and two DoD later every affected enemy is
frightened without a save?
