To be truely accurate shouldn't you be averaging the BMI rather than the weight?
I am 6' 0" 203lbs, about 22lbs overweight, down from 215lbs. I think that puts me at 27.5 for BMI. You really want to aim for a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9, so I am close! My target weight is 180lbs.
You can calculate your own here:

BMI doesn't take into account people who are more muscular. It runs under the assumption that all people have the same percentage of fat in their bodies. I register at 28.9 (just under obese) but I have very muscular legs, arms and chest. I have a small gut (gettin' smaller, thank you slimfast!). It is a great range finder but seems to discount the well-muscled and the overly fluffy. I don't like being categorized in the top of the overweight category when I know I am in good shape.
What percentage of the human body is made up of the head? Not that I'm insinuating anything.......;)
FH
I tried to weigh my head on the bathroom scale, but I can't see the numbers, and when I whip my head up real fast to try and see them, it just goes down to zero.
And my wife won't help me; she just says I'm being stupid. She doesn't believe me when I say it's important to, like, science and all, to figure this out.
Sorry I can't be of any help.

I believe every single word of your post. Try taping a mirror to your forehead and several others at stategic angles around the Bathroom and adjusting them until you can read the numbers. Just don't forget to deduct the weight of the "forehead mirror" off of the final weight.
Does it seem to anyone else that, if this post is to be believed, an unusually high percentage of gamers are extremely tall?
Yep, I thought so too... but I ain't one of the tall boys.
5'7, approx 180-185 lbs. I've become a little chubby during the past couple of years, but still maintain a respectable fitness level through a 45 minute bike commute to work (each way) and hiking/backpacking.

Never thought of it that way - but both of my cousins are approx. 7', so I might be used to big people...

I'm approximately 60 tons and 55' long, though a lot of that is tail. I've lost wait a bit since I developed diabetes through eating too many virgins and had to give them up (though finding them in this day and age was becoming tough). The doctor told me I was collossal, so I ate him too.

The average human head weighs around 8lbs...
Finally, someone who pulls a head out of a bag and weighs it. Thanks, not sure I want to know how that knowledge was gleaned.
