Cubicle 7 releases PFRPG rules for mass combat!

Every gamer I know has dreamed of a better system for running mass combat efficiently. Now their dreams are a reality! Cubicle 7 and Adamant Entertainment have teamed up with one of Paizo’s own former interns to solve this problem once and for all.

The clash of grand armies comes to your game world! Designed by Hank Woon, WARPATH is a complete set of Pathfinder RPG-compatible rules created to give Game Masters and players all the tools they need to run anything from a tiny border skirmish to an all-out epic battle involving thousands of soldiers. This 64-page book contains rules for unit design, battlefield maneuvers, army leaders, battlefield design, siege warfare, and much, much more. Fully compatible with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game system, these rules are sure to expand your gaming into unknown territory!

Don’t forget to check out the Tome of Secrets also from Cubicle 7 and Adamant. This 192-page book is chock-full of advanced and optional rules for GMs and players alike.

As an added bonus, purchases of the print edition of either of these books now also net you a free PDF of the book. Now that’s a killer deal!

They have a whole line of Adamant Pathfinder products: A Whole Line of Adamant Pathfinder products.

Hunh.....I wasn't aware of Corsair. Any news on who wrote up that one?

Liberty's Edge

I'm assuming that this is something wholly separate from the mass combat system coming up in Kingmaker, and that it won't necessarily play well with the city/kingdom building rules?

For pretty good mass combat (both unit and army level) with PC interaction you should check this out:

Cry Havoc

OMG I own the PDF of that and I completely forgot that I did. I'll have to go read that.

Does the book include anything about field cannon?

It's a nice book.

If I'm not mistaken, Skip's mass combat rules in Cry Havoc also appear in the Advanced Player's Manual from Green Ronin, but I'm not certain of that, or to what degree they are duplicated.

I just picked this up at the LFGS and so far it is pretty darn good. I haven't read all the way through it but so far it is the perfect balance of abstract, quick playability, and rules compliancy that I have been looking for!
