Well, well, well. Everybody's disembodied. You know, I started the whole 'disembodied' thing. I did it first. Before it was the whole 'cool' thing.
Hey, it's not fault that Lisa holds a grudge!
Maybe I should reimbody that Kobold Cleaver fellow. Or perhaps turn him blue and give him a mushroom instead of a cleaver. Hmmmm, I wonder if I know anybody who could do that to him.......
-Lisa
I would love to see that. Call him Smurf Cleaver instead.
I told you not to blame Lisa, you bodiless twit. Blame the interns. They haven't been blamed for nearly enough. They'll probably start feeling left out if they don't get blamed enough.

I blamed them...couldn't you tell?
Also, Jack's got his body back...probably why he decided to try and play it cool.
Entirely my fault. Had to duck out early to pick up a sick kid and didn't have the blog done when I left. Something new might go up later today, most likely tomorrow morning.

I'm sure Yoda or Mairkurion will be saying something here shortly.

And you would be correct, BVA.
No new blog on Monday morning?
No pretty pictures to make me forget that we're an update behind already, but have to start another week raw, early, unblogged and unillustrated?
That's just cruel.
I just wanted to give some positive reinforcement to the overworked interns, er, I mean "to Nahk and Vadid." Three art blogs in a row is exactly the sort of trend I like to see. Keep it up, purloiners!

Yep, things are looking up after the all-time low of a four day weekend. Now, if we can only get back to the double daily blog...

I plan to cut them a little slack. I know that things are insanely hectic at Paizo at the moment as they scramble to get the RPG and Bestiary done and stay on schedule for all the other products. So if they miss a blog or two I can let it slide. It's a small sacrifice for the greatness we'll get in a few months.

Oh, don't get me wrong, Yoda. I don't need important people spending time on the blog -- on this score, I agree with you completely. But if Vadid and Nahk are put in charge of the blog, and the interns are constantly serving the staff so that they have no need of getting up from their desks to spend time on unimportant necessities, then I think we've got everything covered.

Hey, Dave, do you have the scoop on this morning's troubles?
I don't know about troubles (things seem fine to me, busy as usual) but I can tell you that we have some awesome (and unusual) blogs going up today and tomorrow.

By the way, David, is there a chance that I can get the last unicorn avatar? Or is it reserved for Hank?

I thought that was reserved for Sebastian.

Nah, that's the multi-coloured, extra-cute version. Without horn. Better disguise. And besides, Sebastian has his tongue he doesn't need additional weaponry.
For that, I am going to super double whammy the dice of

We're launching a 576 page behemoth of a roleplaying game WHILE doing everything we normally do. Please, give us a break. A big break. And then another break. Everyone is working really, really, really hard, and sometimes the daily blogs fall off the bottom of the list, because something else more important just HAS to get done. If you want regular reading, go the Paizo Twitter account. That thing seems to have more posts than the the Three Word Game thread.
In today's blog pic there seems to be a grinning six inch tall man-creature crawling up Jason's shoulder. Is this a new monster? Are we going to see stats for this creature soon? Or does Jason have a vestigial head he just lets out to party?
On thing I am not clear about from today's Blog Post; What is the status of the PathfinderRPG?
Mairkurion {tm}(Pathfinder Adventure Path, Tales, Battles Case Subscriber)
Jason appears to be trying to get some message across to us; what it might be is still unclear. Is he trying to warn us about evil vestigial twins? Is he attempting to give guidance to our gustatory habits? Perhaps tomorrow's blog will shine some light on this opaque issue that so far has only received the faintest adumbration.

So, I'm not the only one who sees the evil, six-inch tall grinning man? That's good.
Mairkurion {tm}(Pathfinder Adventure Path, Tales, Battles Case Subscriber)
I'd say he's more like 2, 3 inches tops--he doesn't even make it to Jason's earlobe. I try not to look at him...the little freak really bothers me.

Well, if he's not just a head but a little man then he has to be at least 6 to 8 inches. Maybe he'll be statted up in the bestiary? I'm thinking some kind of evil fey ... maybe an urban version of the redcap.
Mairkurion {tm}(Pathfinder Adventure Path, Tales, Battles Case Subscriber)
Right, I got ya. I was stuck on him emerging from and not climbing on. It's so surreal, it's hard to tell.
