Just noticed that there's no blog entry for today. Usually it's up overnight so that I can read it as I eat my breakfast. Is this related to Origins?

Not related to Origins. My fault. I got caught up doing other projects I forgot to forward it to Gary after I edited it. It should be taken care of now! Enjoy!

Thankee kindly! I can't wait to get my hands on this one!

I don't mean to be a broken record, but I had nothing to read while drinking my coffee this morning. Can I have a blog entry today, please?

you mean the boards arn't enough reading for you?

Give him a chance to finish his devotions to Fluffina Spatulana, The Goddess of Flapjacks, and I'm sure he'll wiggle his toes and come up with something to take the edge off your addiction. Not to imply it's not worth reading about 'Infernal Sorceress' again- I've been psyched about getting this book since I first heard it mentioned.

I'd like some flapjacks right about now.

You read them? I just like to look at the pictures :) Yeah I suppose I read them a little too. The problem isn't that they are at Origins, the problem is the BOSS is at origins. When the cats away... ;)

I'm pretty sure the goddess of flapjacks is Aunt Jemima.

I disagree, it's Mrs. Butterworth.

James was slated to write the entry yesterday but was and is the Sick. However Wes is putting something together for you, right now. Gimme an hour.

As far as Aunt Jemima goes, Spatulina wears many faces.

So guys...what's going on there? Too many nerf fights blocking the work flow?

Hardly, the office is wicked empty due to Origins. The remainder of the Origins Blogs will be later that usual due to a different time zone of the Writer and Differing work hours for the people responsible for editing and putting the blog up.

Yeah, what Jake said. Origins and GenCon kick our collective butts every year and having so many key people out of the office make our operations just a wee bit wonky and out of whack.

Oh but were I lucky enough to pound and pipe away forever in the tidal eddies of your passing as the lucky supplicants whose "maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes" lull sweet Azathoth.

I was there when the divine war of pancakes began.

I remember the sticky battlefield after the the griddlecake priests of Mrs Butterworth challenged the flapjack paladins of Aunt Jermima.

There was batter everywhere, the battlefield was chaos with waffle mercinaries fighting on both sides. The tide of battle seemed to flip back and forth.

I took a hit from a barage of blueberries and was forced from the field of battle before the banana's were launched.

Too this day I can only face bacon and eggs for breakfast and on a good day,.....some toast.

I find it funny too. See what happens when you deprive junkies of their 'fix'. Hopefully Gary will get this up shortly before violence breaks out.

For some reason when I read this, in my mind the image of the rising arm appeared, then some rock opera from the 80s started blasting.

You guys have been doing so well lately. First the picture switched on me, and now there's nothing to drink my coffee to. What happened?
